Revealing mistake: When Cher is robbed and she calls her brother on a payphone, she doesn't put any money in and she doesn't press enough buttons to be using a calling card.
Revealing mistake: In the gun battle following the bank robbery, Drucker fires his shotgun at Cherrito. A female pedestrian in the background (apparently unaware she's in the shot) can be seen acting casually, without any reaction to the gun battle taking place.
Revealing mistake: In most of the underwater shots you can see bubbles coming up from the cameraman.
Revealing mistake: Towards the end of the movie, Hockney (Kevin Pollack) looks into a van and discovers it's full of cash. He is then shot from behind and blood splatters all over the money. When his chest explodes, you can see the plastic of the bag the blood was in. (01:18:10)

Revealing mistake: At one point when the sheep are in a neat formation, you can see straps holding them still.
Revealing mistake: When Dr. Railly is tied to the bed in the motel, her bonds are not very secure. In her struggles, she very nearly frees her right foot, by accident.
Revealing mistake: During the monsoon scene, everyone is on a table trying to climb on the chandelier. Peter has been turned into a monkey, and his face is covered in hair and has the characterists of a monkeys face, yet in shots when they are on the table, like when the crocodile snaps at them on the table, just before Alan lifts Peter onto the chandelier, you can see the plain face of his stunt double, with no monkey features! Robin William's and Bonnie Hunt's doubles are rather obvious in these same shots too. (01:17:20)
Revealing mistake: Brayker shoots The Collector through the eye with an arrow just after he's collected the key from Roach. You can see the section of the arrow shaft that sticks out the back of The Collector's head bend as his head hits the floor after he falls over the upstairs railing and crashes through the coffee table.
Revealing mistake: In the final 1/2 hour there's a scene in which Kevin Bacon is drifting weightlessly in the lunar module, with a roll of duct tape floating nearby. Just during the last couple of seconds of this shot, suddenly he & the roll accelerate to the right. As everyone now knows the zero-g scenes were photographed on-board an aircraft which flies free-fall arcs for up to about 20 seconds before having to level off. The sudden acceleration on the set means that shot was filmed just as the plane was leveling off from a dive. (01:53:40)
Revealing mistake: When the villain finishes his 1st appearance in the Pentagon's videowall (with the fake Eiffel Tower on the back), the screen turns black when he finishes his statement. However, when the camera turns to the Army men present, you can see the reflection of the villain's face on the glass.
Revealing mistake: After Richard has accepted that he will be king, he appears before a large assembly. Several of the soldiers standing by the walls are obviously plastic dummies. They have unnaturally smooth and blank facial features, and when you can see their hands, they are not grasping their guns, but merely holding their hands stiffly out with the gun between them.
Revealing mistake: In the final battle scene Morgan grabs a rope and swings from one ship to the other. She grabs the rope over her head and keeps the rest of the rope in front of her. The rope remains taut all the way to her waist. If she were really holding herself onto the rope, it would be dangle loosely below her hand. The tautness of the rope reveals the safety equipment used in the shot.
Revealing mistake: When everyone jumps from the plane, all of the stunt doubles are easily seen - [Dr. Elliot's stunt double is ridiculously easy to spot!] (00:37:00)
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Angela is in jail, she goes to make her one phone call. When she is talking on the phone you can see that the receiver is already in the down position, meaning that the call is already disconnected.
Revealing mistake: The monitors in the hospital attached to Mr. Banks's wife and daughter didn't move, although they should have shown something important about the patients.
Revealing mistake: When Eli goes into the building after moving the planks in the fence, you see the wall of the building shake. (00:15:35)
Revealing mistake: Casper is shown tying together the shoelaces of the students in Kat's class. When the bell rings and class ends they all get up and fall down. If you look closely you can see that their shoelaces are not tied together.
Revealing mistake: When John jumps onto the tracks on his bike, look closely and you can see there is wood or some other material between the rails for him to land on. (01:20:20)
Revealing mistake: As the leader talks to those assembled, the ball of fire in his hand is very transparent, showing that it was matted into the shot.
