Continuity mistake: When Atwood is sent back and continues his fall, he lands on a black police car with his head and body lying on the bonnet face down. From the overhead shot his body has completely disappeared, as he was wearing a light grey suit which would stand out on the black car.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of Chen Zen's trial there is a shot of the guards closing the courtroom doors. Then there's a wide shot of the whole courtroom and the guards can be seen in the background closing the doors again. (00:41:01)
Continuity mistake: At the end the amount of blood around Ditch's mouth changes from shot to shot.
Continuity mistake: When Crane is melting at the end, watch his arm-blades... at one point they go from being perfectly normal, to floppy and "melty", then right back to normal between three cuts.
Continuity mistake: After the Grandmother dies and Blankman is walking home with his brother, we see a car pass with a wheel lock on the front driver's side tire. When we see it again a few shots later, it's now on the passenger tire.
