V (1984)

Correction: The blast on the front of the shirt is from the result of the real Donovan getting hit in the chest in ep2 of the original miniseries. He is taken aboard the mothership, but later escapes disguised as a Visitor. His human clothes were left aboard the ship, which the fifth columnist used to disguise himself as Donovan in the scene mentioned. This is not a mistake.

Correction: I searched for this scene. I couldn't find it. Please be more specific about what couple walks through the door, what they were talking about or doing.

Correction: Hawke (who runs ahead to Gabrielle's body lying in the sand) shouts back to Dominic (who's still clambering out of the back of Airwolf) to "get the canteen in the left storage bin".

Voltron: Defender of the Universe picture

Show generally

Corrected entry: Each of the five lions that form Voltron represents the five elements recognized in Chinese culture: a) Red Lion represents fire. Its attacks involve fire b) Green Lion represents wood. Its attacks involve anything associated with wood c) Blue Lion represents water. Its attacks involve water. d) Yellow Lion represents earth. Its attacks involve anything associated with earth (e.g. sand) e) Black Lion represents air. Its attacks involve anything associated with air (e.g. lightning)

megamii

Correction: In fact, Air is not an element recognised by the Chinese. The five elements are Fire, Wood, Water, Earth and Metal. This is probably an attempt on the part of the writers to make Voltron more western.

Night Court picture

Dan's Boss - S3-E7

Corrected entry: Approximately seven and a half minutes into the episode, Dan's new boss, Vincent, corrects Christine on a precedent she cited, then says it was overturned "On August 17, 1977. I believe it was a Thursday." Harry jokes, "It was a Tuesday." According to The World Almanac and Book of Facts, it was actually a Wednesday.

Correction: It's entirely possible that he was just mistaken, not necessarily a mistake on the researchers' behalf. Also, as you've pointed out, Harry was making a joke...

More Night Court corrections

Correction: He killed Hank because he knew Preston was freeing the elephants, and Harry because he wasn't getting paid.

More Murder, She Wrote corrections

Correction: Not necessarily - it could be referring to March 2003.
