Continuity mistake: Hooper wears rimless eyeglasses, with the arms either attached at the upper corners of the lenses or at the sides of the lenses. If this didn't happen between shots within the same scenes, it could be presumed that Hooper has two different pairs of glasses and switches between the two, but they do indeed change between shots, such as when Mrs. Kintner slaps Brody, or even later, on the Orca. Continuity mistake: At the Zurich sanction when Jonathan kicks the killer out of the window, just before he kicks him, look at the window. This window has two panes of glass that open outward, with the latch in the middle, but a view from the outside shows that it's a single window with one pane of glass in it, not big enough for two panes. Continuity mistake: In the scene in which they discuss Sylvia smoking, the paper on the table is different between shots. In the shots of Sylvia there is some paper near the can on the left. In the shots of Sal, the paper is not there. (01:03:00)
Continuity mistake: As Blood tries to persuade Vic not to follow Quilla June into the Down Under, he is hopping with his broken right leg raised. In the circle he makes after Vick stops, he puts his weight on the leg for two different steps without ill effects or complaints. (00:53:55)
Continuity mistake: When Doyle arrives at the dock at the beginning of the movie, we see Doyle from behind. A boy with a yellow shirt and a girl with a flower dress pass him on his right side. However, there is a change of shot, and now we see him from the front, and behind him we see the boy and the girl, but instead of being at his right side, they're at his left.
Continuity mistake: At the very beginning when they are all getting into the yellow Ford car an outside of car camera cut from the front of the car to the side shows the lady's arm firstly inside, then rested on the door.
Continuity mistake: After Roger hits the back of the box truck in front of the RV during the car chase scene, Alice is knocked forward over the counter where an open pack of a stick of butter is sitting. Alice's torso flies forward over the counter, but the next shot she is standing, and the package and the butter are not flattened by her chest, nor is there a mess on her sweater that would be there after being crushed by her.
Continuity mistake: Towards the beginning when Dolemite is out of jail and his girls are driving him home, a group of men pull next to his car, get out, and go straight to his car. Later when Dolemite shoots the bad guys and drives off, the car is now at least 25 feet ahead of where the bad guys stopped.
Continuity mistake: Segment 3: The scratches on Amelia's face disappear, reappear and change positions throughout her ordeal with the killer Zuni fetish doll. (01:05:40)
