Audio problem: After Paul and Amy make love, Paul puts his pants back on and stands back up. He says, "What?" There is a strangely timed "what" right after that. It's an exact replica of the first one. There is an audio overlap from the other angle here.
Audio problem: When Max and the taxi driver start fighting, the taxi driver misses an audible punch by several inches.
Audio problem: During the opening credits, the sound effect of the ringing telephone continues to play after Donna Reed has picked up the receiver and is talking on the phone. (00:00:03 - 00:00:30)
Audio problem: Right after Carol finishes studying by singing a rap to Katie, Katie congratulates her and Carol hurries out. They exchange several lines of dialogue, but it all appears to be dubbed. During most of the dialogue, each character's mouth is not shown when they speak. However, the cadence of Katie's moving jaw can still be seen from behind, and appears to last longer than the audible speech. Additionally, Katie and Carol can each be heard to speak when it can be glimpsed that their mouths are not moving.
The Accidental Text on Purpose - S9-E6
Audio problem: When Larry is in the dressing room with Lewis' girlfriend, she is heard saying "No, an accident is tripping...", but in the shot of Larry, she is saying different words than what we are hearing. (00:26:20)
Audio problem: As the Fore Shadow is charging up its blast each time, when first shown it makes a high pitched shrieking sound as the energy spreads across The Web of cables fanning out from it. However as the battle continues, this sound effect becomes very inconsistent when it plays in correlation to the energy blasts charging up on the ship. (00:02:15 - 00:03:20)
Audio problem: After Frank has torn the lino by moving a bed, he tries to neaten it up only to tear it more. The sound effect is not in line with the tearing of the lino.

Audio problem: When Maurice exhales at the end of his sentence as he protests the Japanese businessmen walking out of his house, the sound of his exhale is spliced off mid-way through. (00:38:55)

Audio problem: As Robby plays the "Seinfeld" theme song on bass, the last few notes are ascending. However, his finger placement on the strings are in the position to play lower and lower notes. (00:05:20)
