Other mistake: In the scene where Raphael and Michelangelo report from their ceiling vantage point, we see a hallway full of Foot ninjas. Strangely, we can see a brief shot of an Earth Protection Force trooper walking peacefully among amongst the Foot even though they are hostile to them. (00:07:50)
Kick-Off for the Future - S1-E3
Other mistake: The kid who wants the soccer team to stop training is told off by Sanae, who points at the good efforts on the pitch. The animation of the team in training has noticeable errors, with a player that suddenly appears coming out of nowhere from behind the rightmost one, who is standing immobile in front of the goal and after a second disappears abruptly. The Ringer - S1-E1
Other mistake: When Link and Zelda fight Ganon and the skeletons, 3 skeletons grab Zelda. Ganon throws a bomb at Link and Zelda. Link lifts Zelda and the skeletons are hit by the bomb. It explodes but only hurts them as they vanish, not fazing Zelda or Link what so ever despite being right above them. But a little bit later, Link bats a bomb at Ganon that is exactly the same as the previous bomb. This one explodes huge and destroys a cave. Two of the same bomb, no consistency of power at all. Moero! Pegasus Ryuseiken - S1-E2
Other mistake: In the ending shot of the tournament bracket showing the potential future opponents, the two saints' names are written the wrong way, as "DORAGON" and "ANDOROMEDA", instead of Dragon and Andromeda. (00:22:00)
The Origin of the Fantastic Four: Part 1 - S1-E1
Other mistake: When Puppet Master is making a clay figurine of Thing, the mold he uses doesn't have a Thing-shaped interior with which to make a detailed figurine. The figurine should have just looked like an undefined human-shaped figure. (00:15:20)
Other mistake: In the scene where Yakko, Wakko and Dot are sitting at their desks repeating Miss Flamiel's every word, Wakko is drawn without legs (only feet) during one shot.
Is Lupin Burning... ?! - S1-E1
Other mistake: The logo of the evil organization, Scorpion, contains just a little misspelling. It's missing the R. (00:02:50)
Other mistake: At the end of the intro, before the logo appears you can see Mojo Jojo's brain. His brain is green and it should be pink.
Monkey Fun - S2-E13
Other mistake: Season 2 episode 13 "Monkey Fun": Just before the enlarged Titano appears at the zoo, there is a family watching normal-sized monkeys in a cage. The family father (farthest on the right) has a drawing disorder with his eyes: their pupils look up and down, respectively, giving him a rather goofy expression.
Injustice For All (2) - S1-E19
Other mistake: Unless he escaped prison, it makes no sense for Copperhead to be in the police van with the other Secret Society members. You can see him sitting there across from Solomon Grundy and The Shade.
Other mistake: Kendra slaps the right side of Donna's face to stop her from freaking out. Donna then rubs the left side of the her face. (00:14:05)

Other mistake: When the Mystery Company find a torn paper in a coffin, it is written exo-6 and something else. They find later that exo is the first part of exotic. The way the paper was torn, you should be able to see the lower part of the missing letters.
To Touch a Hummingbird - S2-E10
Other mistake: Chris gets on the zip line and hooks up. Martin just stands behind him, not hooked up to the zip line. Chris zooms off down the line chasing the hummingbird. A few seconds later, Martin is suddenly on the zip line also and right behind Chris.
Coffee Quest/Phoenix Rises - S1-E18
Other mistake: In Phoenix Rises, when Phoenix runs away, the Big Coffee sign is missing.
What If... Captain Carter Were the First Avenger? - S1-E1
Other mistake: The premise of the first episode is flawed; "a single choice" should make the difference, the choice being identified as Ms. Carter not leaving the room to get in the observation booth. But in the normal timeline the booth is exactly where all the other characters were. In this reality everyone else is downstairs, with the German spy that inexplicably sets the bomb early. If anything, it's his bizarre, suicidal choice that matters.
Suggested correction: Except it was her decision to not leave the room that delayed the procedure and gave Heinz Kruger the chance to attack. And with her in the room, she is now given the chance to volunteer to take the serum.
How did her staying delay the procedure? Besides, in OTL the spy only triggered the bomb after he saw the procedure succeed, to know it works before stealing it.
Other mistake: When Viper slides the swords to Jackie and they come to a rest next to him, there is a small paper spider right beside Jackie. The only paper spider in the room, however, is Origami himself, and he is actually too far away at that moment and too big to fit the bill. Guess some of the animators got their depth perception messed up.
Crimes R Us - S1-E19
Other mistake: When the Mario Bros. are suspicious of Clyde, the background is the treasury instead of the dungeon. (00:10:25)
Other mistake: Fred's shadow isn't shown in the opening credits.
Suggested correction: Be more specific. What part of the opening credits?
When their shadows are black and going across the screen from right to left.
Mystery of the Fearsome 100 Demon Empire - S1-E2
Other mistake: When Joho is looking at 'the crazy guy' praying under the dam, the racquets in his hand (assuming that's what it is) are misshapen. (00:10:15)
Other mistake: When Scooby is eating the hot dogs at the "Hotus Dogus" stand, his tail goes transparent.
