Factual error: When Dodge and Lexie are in the building running from the police, you see an exit sign. This movie is set in the 1920's, before exit signs were invented.
Continuity mistake: At the place where Libby's birthday is being held, when Dennis and Gordon are talking to Libby and Whit, the pictures behind Dennis and Gordon keep moving positions.
Plot hole: At the beginning, it shows Santiago crossing the border into the U.S. But the U.S. border patrol is on the Mexican side.
Factual error: During Gavin Grey's first NFL game in 1957, the helmets depicted for both the Washington Redskins and Pittsburgh Steelers are historically inaccurate. The Redskins did not employ the burgundy helmets with the feather-stripe running along the center until 1958, and the Steelers didn't use black helmets with the Steelmark logo until 1963. In 1957, the Redskins used solid gold helmets while the Steelers used yellow helmets with a black stripe along the center and black numerals on either side.
Character mistake: In the Liverpool match the commentator says that Liverpool could win their 19th title, in the 1988-89 season Liverpool had 17 titles, and won their 18th title the year after in the 1989-90 season.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Randy is playing table tennis on the stage at the restaurant, just after he has finished hitting the ball blindfolded and says, "Thank you", you can see a man in the background getting up. The shot then switches to the boy with the man in the background still sitting. The shot then switches back to Randy and the man is getting up again.

Continuity mistake: During the lunch scene, when Jake is drinking Gatorade, the amount of liquid continuously changes between shots.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jimmy Fallon and Drew Barrymore are taking their seats after the guy yells peanuts and crackerjacks, if you look carefully you can see some of the seats behind are actually filled with mannequins dressed with clothing. Continuity mistake: In the scene when Jerry arrives at the top star's house to make sure he's still staying with him, he arrives in an Eagle Vision car, but later leaves in a Pontiac Grand Prix.

Continuity mistake: When Apollo Creed is approaching the ring for the rematch at the end of the film, his robe starts off done-up, next shot shows it undone and the towel around his neck loose, and then in the last shot it's back to being neat again with the robe done up.
