Initially there is no mark on the suitcase but halfway through the scene a black mark appears below the D of Adellaid and if you look very closely you can see the piece of string along which the arrow is shot.
Visible crew/equipment: When Anne Marie is teaching Matt to surf, the first time they both get up on their boards, you can see the boat that is filming them from the waves, off to the right of the screen.
