Audio problem: Marshall Kai is supposed to be a native Chinese, yet his Pinyin pronunciation is glaringly off in parts.
Audio problem: When Brad and Frank return to the security room after meeting Dr. Barnaby, according to the screen's text, Brad says "we've gotta deal with the situation we've been handed" yet there is no sound.
Audio problem: When your Pokemon is low on health it makes a beeping noise. This noise can interfere with Pokemon cries and attack noises (i.e. Kadabra's cry sounds like Ghastly's cry).
Audio problem: In the Nepal level if you fall at the beginning, you can distinctly hear two screams.
Audio problem: In the last part of the game, if you play as Fong, Fong's voice will be the one guiding you, not Bruce's.
Audio problem: In the scene where Tidus and Yuna are conversing at the Farplane, Yuna says something slightly offensive about Tidus' mother, to which he replies, "Whoa there, that's my mother you're talking about!" Almost immediately after, you hear Yuna say, "oh, I'm sorry," but her mouth doesn't move.
Audio problem: On the steam trains, when you start shovelling coal into the firebox, the sound of the coal rattling is heard. However when you turn the shovelling off and shut the firebox doors, the shovelling sound carries on.
Audio problem: When you're playing Blaze, at the end of almost all the Boss Stages, you hear Eggman say 'You'll regret this' but the subtitle at the bottom of the screen says 'I won't forget this'.
Audio problem: In the stages of Cornaria and Venom, the themes are reversed. The Venom theme plays on Cornaria, and the Cornaria theme plays on Venom. The Venom theme is also played as Fox's theme when it should be the Cornaria theme.
Audio problem: "Message In A Bottle" has a guitar outro with extra vocals that is not in the master track.
Audio problem: After killing a skeleton, its bones will fall to the ground and rattle around making loud noise. However the radgoll and physics for this was never finished correctly, and thus even after the bones stop moving, they continue to make the loud rattle noises until they vanish, which takes a while. And the bones tend not to stop moving either. This glitch is also present in NZA2.
Audio problem: The various versions of the Scrake, including the Halloween and Circus Scrakes have chainsaws on their right arms. However, the Christmas Scrake has just a giant ice knife for a right arm. Yet you can still hear the sounds of a chainsaw when he is near despite not having one.
Audio problem: If it is raining, like in the Halloween event or other random storms in the game's time cycle, the audio can change in structures you're inside. But the rain follows the rules as well, like if you're in a tunnel, the rain doesn't fall inside the tunnel. However, if you get inside a bus that is in that tunnel, suddenly you'll hear the sound of rain hitting the roof of the bus, despite there not being any rain that can hit it.
Audio problem: Some items in the game are destructible. Most when shot will burst into flames and explode with a loud explosion. The item darkens and pieces fly off. Continued shooting of the item causes more loud explosions despite nothing burnable being left.
Audio problem: Kaiser-Friedrich Museum: In the building where you find the Mosin Nagant Sniper Rifle, you pass by a door way that is blocked by a truck as you go up stairs. The truck is running, and even while idling, it is a very loud old WWII era engine. You go upstairs and into the next room, after fighting the three guys up there, you grab the Mosin. When you do, a cut scene starts as Karl talks about the weapon he just found, and then goes back to where you control him. Return down stairs and now the truck is gone, the door way able to be walked through. However, at no point did you ever hear the truck leave. Grabbing the weapon is what triggers the cut scene and that is when the truck leaves, yet despite being by a window right above the truck, not once is it ever heard.
Audio problem: In Seaside Hill as Team Chaotix, when you see Eggman's robots at one point, Espio will say, "Are those Eggman's robots?" but the subtitles say, "Are those Eggman's assassins?"
Audio problem: Several lines in this game are said where the character's mouth is out of sync for at least a third of the line. Especially Doc's lines.
Audio problem: When any character talks over the com, their face appears animated as they speak. All of them are depicted as talking with SUPER fast mouth movements of the jaw opening and closing the full time they speak. This is way too fast to line up with their dialogue at all, and just looks goofy.
Audio problem: Intro Mission 5: As the Ultra Security Bot appears, the doors lock down in Ben's room and the other three run up on the other side, trying to get him to open it. Reed speaks a line after Ben tells Sue he can't let her see him like this. His lips don't move nor does he go into his talking animation when saying this.
Audio problem: Ratt's "Round And Round" has a guitar solo at the end that is not in the master track.
