Other mistake: Sam draws an orange vest for Lockwood using a dark crayon. (01:10:45)
Plot hole: In the beginning, vampires are shown to be invisible in photos but then they seem to appear in videos like security footage and social media posts.
Other mistake: In the intro to the Pastoral Symphony, the narrator identifies the deity who cloaks the world with Night to be Morpheus, who is the Greek god of sleep and dreams. However, the character in the animation is fairly obviously female, with long hair, eye shadow, and lipstick. My theory is that the character was intended by the art team to be Nyx, the Greek goddess of Night. Night would be a more likely candidate to be making it nighttime across the world, while Morpheus would be more likely to put people to sleep or send them dreams.
Continuity mistake: When Jerry slams the door on the dollhouse after Tom attempted to catch him after his dress slips off, the blind in the top window is pulled right up but in the next shot it's now pulled down halfway.
Continuity mistake: After Batman shoots Reverse Flash through the head, Flash rushes over to Batman and catches him before he falls over from his wounds. As Flash is lying him down slowly, there is no blood on Batman's face. It then cuts to a close up as Batman reaches up to pull off his mask and there is suddenly blood on his lips and chin. Plot hole: When Jake first meets Reggie, he tells Reggie that the Great Turkey told him everything about him. Later in the movie, when Reggie goes back in time and introduces himself as the Great Turkey to a young Jake, he only tells Jake to find the "Pardoned Turkey" but never said that the pardoned turkey's name was Reggie, so there's no way the adult Jake would know Reggie's name when they first meet.
Continuity mistake: When SpongeBob says he should sacrifice himself, the squidosaurs Rex has Mr. Krabs in his hands, but when SpongeBob walks to the counter, Mr. Krabs is right next to Squidward. When the camera zooms in on a group of citizens and Squidward, Mr. Krabs is gone. Then, another shot of the squidosaurs Rex, Mr. Krabs is in his hands again.
Continuity mistake: When Kronk is disposing of the llama body, he runs down a very tall staircase. At the bottom, he runs into two peasants and leans up against the wall. The peasants pass him, walking toward the left side of the screen. Immediately after they disappear from the screen, the "camera" zooms out so you can see the entire palace. Now, the only place the peasants could have gone was up the staircase Kronk had just come down from, unless they wanted to fall off a cliff. If you look on the stairs, though, no one is there. The peasants couldn't have made it all the way up the extremely tall and steep staircase within seconds, so they just mysteriously disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When the Iron Giant follows Hogarth home they cross a railwayline and the Giant starts to eat the steel rail. During this scene you can see the distance of the railway sleepers changing from a fair distance apart to close together over the course of the shots. In the same scene you can also see that, although there is a crossing with lights, no vehicle could possibly pass as the rail has no crossover facility at that level. (00:24:30)
