Visible crew/equipment: During Vic and Shane's interrogation with a young man wearing a red shirt with a large number two on it, Shane is standing with his arms out and both of his hands are on the edge of table. There are a series of camera shots taken from underneath Shane's arms. In two of these shots, you can see both of Shane's hands on the table, yet another hand appears in the top left of the screen. It seems the cameraman is trying to shield the sunlight from his eyes/the camera. (00:32:20)
Visible crew/equipment: Shane and Vic are talking with Kern Little in his recording studio. When they talk in a confined hallway, look closely in between Kern and Shane's heads as the men shuffle in their positions. There is a reflection of a boom mic that sways from left to right. (00:17:10)

Continuity mistake: When Claudette, Danni, Julien and Wagenbach are at the overturned churro cart crime scene, Claudette is seen pulling a pair of white gloves from her pocket. The gloves then disappear from her hands in a wide shot of her talking to Julien about the crime scene, but reappear in the next shot. (00:16:45)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the Vic-Claudette interrogation at the Barn, Vic rips off a camera from the wall. But earlier, at the moment Claudette leaves the room after showing Vic photos of Shane's suicide, a square of exposed wall where that camera used to be is briefly shown. (01:00:17)
Bottom Bitch - S3-E3
Visible crew/equipment: When Dutch is talking to the rape suspect in the bathroom, a bespectacled head appears above one of the stalls in the mirror. (00:20:56)
Moving Day - S7-E9
Visible crew/equipment: The cops follow Vic at the hospital in the parking lot, and as the camera is on him seeing the other cops, in the rear the cameraman and his spare camera are on the floor in-between the cars on the right. (00:29:35)
Visible crew/equipment: During the scene where the strike team is outside on the sidewalk discussing the money train, there is a crew member about 2 feet behind Lem, visible over his left shoulder, face clear as day. (00:01:25)
Continuity mistake: Claudette and Dutch are questioning a man in a leather jacket about his involvement in a meth lab. Claudette passes the man a photo, he doesn't recognise the girl, tosses it back across the table and Claudette reaches for it with her right hand. The shot changes and now the photo is in Claudette's left hand as she sets it down. (00:30:50)
Continuity mistake: Aceveda and Vic are interrogating a man about the 'Narco Corrido' murders. Aceveda pushes the man into the corner of the room and begins to kick him. He get about six good kicks in before Vic diffuses the situation. After, Aceveda storms out of The Barn in anger, and Vic views the recording from the interrogation room. The footage is inconsistent as to what transpired earlier, in fact it is an entirely different take. Aceveda only manages about two kicks before Vic says "Enough, enough" - this and the rest of the dialogue is also conflicting. (00:29:30)
Continuity mistake: As Vic, Lem and Ronnie are talking to the two men at the table, they restrain the men (seemingly only Juan is handcuffed, with his arms behind him - Ronnie seems to only pin one of the other men's arms behind him). After Vic, Lem and Ronnie walk away, at no point do they undo at least Juan's handcuffs, but immediately the two men are rubbing their freed hands. (00:21:40)
Continuity mistake: During the fight scene between Shane and Tavon, the stereo speakers get knocked off the shelf. After they crash into the wall, and a picture falls off, they tackle each other and fall to the ground. As they tackle each other, we get a shot of the floor at the bottom of the shelf and there are no speakers there. Later when Mara comes into the room, as she picks up the iron, the speakers are visible in the background. (00:40:40)
Continuity mistake: When the wife begins to slap her husband's body and face repeatedly after discovering he slept with a child, the man's facial expression changes instantly between shots. First it is expressionless, then he begins to grimace and bare his teeth, and then instantly his face is expressionless again. (00:36:20)
