The Thing You Love Most - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: When Emma is walking Henry to school, there are several instances where they walk past the same building more than once. For instance, as Henry says "Luckily, I have a plan", they pass a shop with a wooden rudder on display in the window. When he says "Don't let her see these pages", they walk past the same shop again. (00:12:40 - 00:14:00)

Tallahassee - S2-E6

Continuity mistake: As Snow and Mulan fight, Snow's pink cardigan gets covered in straws. The amount and position of the straws keep changing during the fight, and afterwards. Also, when Snow tackles Mulan, in the first close-up of them fighting, you can see straws from previous takes on Snow's cardigan, even though she has not come into contact with the ground yet, and the cardigan was perfectly clean in the previous shots. (00:37:40)

Kylantha

Pilot - S1-E1

Revealing mistake: When Rumplestiltskin is screaming at Snow and Charming about their unborn child's name, he speeds up for a few seconds and looks comically fast forwarded.

The Price of Gold - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: As Ashley tries to break into Mr. Gold's safe, which is hidden behind a painting, in the first shot, she's moving the painting with her left hand. In the next shot, her right hand is up by the painting, and the lever on the safe has changed position, even though there was no time to turn it. (00:09:55)

Snow Drifts - S3-E21

Revealing mistake: When future Hook is trying to stay hidden while Emma is making out with past Hook, there is a wide shot where future Hook sneaks past a corner, and you can see the face of Colin O'Donoghue's body double. (00:33:20)

Kylantha

A Tale of Two Sisters - S4-E1

Continuity mistake: When Elsa is walking down the middle of the street through Storybrooke, she is leaving a trail of ice on the road behind her. Shortly after seeing a wedding dress in a store window, she walks towards the store, and the trail of ice behind her is gone. (00:07:00 - 00:07:35)

AD

Lacey - S2-E19

Mr. Gold: She now thinks she's a scantily clad barfly named Lacey. She has a false life, like you did under the curse with Kathryn, only hers apparently involves a lot more alcohol.

He can sees the future all jumbled up. It is like a puzzle, it is hard to put together, but even when he does put it together it is not set in stone the future can change.
