Plot hole: Season 3, Episode 12: "Gone" - Collette Bradley tells the Lightman Group that someone would need a spare key to get into her car and kidnap Kimberly. This implies that she locked the doors of her car. But if you watch the scene again, she doesn't lock the car. No action towards locking the car is taken and no sound is heard of an automatic locking system.
Continuity: Right before Collette Bradley leaves Kimberly in the car, her car key is still in the ignition (the keyring is visible). But in the immediate shot of her getting out of the car, it is out of the ignition and on the seat next to her.
Continuity: Season 2, Episode 22: "Black and White" - When Emily and her boyfriend Rick tell Cal that he loves her, Rick's hands switch from down by his sides to clasped in front of him between shots.
Continuity: 1.08 (Depraved Heart) Lightman is working late and his daughter drops by to bring him Thai food. As she's walking towards her father, her arms are crossed. Cut to the immediate shot from behind, and her arms are down at her sides.
Continuity: Season 2, Episode 21: "Darkness and Light" - When Cal goes to tell Mr. Dawkins that his daughter has HIV, he brings a glass of water into the room with him. The glass is half full (or half empty, depending on how you look at it), but throughout the scene it keeps switching between half full/half empty and three quarters full/one quarter full.
Visible crew/equipment: When Cal and Ben go to the doctor's office, a cameraman operating a camera is reflected in the glass door as Cal and the doctor enter.
Continuity: Season 2, Episode 20, "Exposed": In the warehouse where Dave is being tortured, Cal says to Moon that he should get Dave to talk about shagging his mum. Moon then points his gun at Cal. In the shots of Cal the gun is held "gangsta style", i.e. horizontally. But in the shots of Moon the gun is held vertically.
Continuity: Season 2, Episode 20, "Exposed": In the scene where Emily finds her Grandma's diary, she leaves a message on Cal's phone about them having lunch together. As she hangs up, her fringe is tied back behind her right ear and falls down in front of her face, but in the next shot it is back behind her ear.
Visible crew/equipment: Season 2, Episode 16: "Delinquent" - In the shot of Eva in the blue car towards the end, a camera is reflected on the side of her door as it zooms in on her.
Continuity: Episode 2-5, "Grevious Bodily Harm": when Terry asks Cal to sit in on the poker game with McClellan, there's a man in a brown jacket that walks past Cal three times.
Continuity: Episode 2-2, "Truth or Consequences": when Emily talks to Cal about occasionally visiting college bars to listen to the music, she crosses her arms over her chest twice.
Visible crew/equipment: At about 30 minutes into the episode, right after Cal says: "if Jeffrey knows about priox, he's going to jail. But I'm gonna be damn sure before I send him there", you can see a hand in the top right corner of the screen.
