He didn't even fuss when I put him to bed", Ryan and Esposito come in and Ryan is holding a missing persons poster of Elizabeth McGinty. Season 3, Episode 9: "Close Encounters of the Murderous Kind" - In this episode, Castle says the words "My partner is crazy and may start firing at any moment" in Chinese. Beckett then asks him "Semester abroad?", to which he replies "Nah, a TV show I used to love".
