Continuity: Season 16, episode 4, "Go For the Green": When Tenaya shows up to fight the thugs she is wearing high heeled sandals with tan straps, switches to flat sandals with black straps during the start of the fight, tan heels again when she lands after jumping off the wall and finishes the battle with the flats.
