Fringe (2008) - 9 mistakes in entire show

Factual error: When they show the fact sheet for Dr. Bishop, his license is marked revoked, yet the license in the picture was not around when Dr. Bishop was locked up.

Factual error: When the 747-aircraft of the fake German airline is being shown, you can see the German flag on the plane. But you also see an "N-xxxxx" registration which stands for USA. If it were a real German plane, it would have a "D-xxxx" registration.

Plot hole: When Dr. Bishop is using the special camera to capture the images on the dead woman's retina, he tells everyone to put on their goggles to protect them from the flashes. Once they find the image they need, everyone takes off their goggles, yet the camera is still flashing, and there are no ill effects.

Deliberate "mistake": Dunham comments that she works for Homeland Security. While the FBI is under the jurisdiction of the Justice Department, she works as part of a special Homeland Security task force; so saying she works for DHS is an accurate statement.

Continuity: Peter tells Olivia that the brain-melting computer program is being downloaded at her apartment "right now", which suggests a computer is already on and the program is running. But the next scene is Olivia's niece Ella turning her computer on for the first time.

Continuity: Olivia stops The Artist at a checkpoint, and he touches his face with his hand. When the shot cuts to Olivia, his hand disappears; when the shot cuts back to The Artist, his hand reappears.

Other: Just after Olivia wakes up in hospital, she's trying to explain what happened, and we hear a heart monitor getting faster and faster - the doctor looks concerned and says they need to get her pulse down. But when we cut to the monitor itself it shows her heart rate as 72 - a perfectly normal value.

Revealing: When the typewriter is being used at the end, the keys being pressed don't correspond to the words appearing on the paper. Obvious from the start - the first letter pressed is on the middle row of the keyboard, but the first word typed is "unacceptable".

Continuity: A newspaper death notice of a mother and child is shown dated "September 1992". Two scenes later the tombstones of the same individuals are shown, dated "November, 1991"
