Factual error: When the 747-aircraft of the fake German airline is being shown, you can see the German flag on the plane. But you also see an "N-xxxxx" registration which stands for USA. If it were a real German plane, it would have a "D-xxxx" registration.

Plot hole: When Dr. Bishop is using the special camera to capture the images on the dead woman's retina, he tells everyone to put on their goggles to protect them from the flashes. Once they find the image they need, everyone takes off their goggles, yet the camera is still flashing, and there are no ill effects.

Deliberate "mistake": Dunham comments that she works for Homeland Security. While the FBI is under the jurisdiction of the Justice Department, she works as part of a special Homeland Security task force; so saying she works for DHS is an accurate statement.
The No-Brainer
Continuity: Peter tells Olivia that the brain-melting computer program is being downloaded at her apartment "right now", which suggests a computer is already on and the program is running. But the next scene is Olivia's niece Ella turning her computer on for the first time.
Inner Child
Continuity: Olivia stops The Artist at a checkpoint, and he touches his face with his hand. When the shot cuts to Olivia, his hand disappears; when the shot cuts back to The Artist, his hand reappears.
