So it's a bit odd that if he was religious, he would join an agency that kills people and lies about their identities, something which goes against any religion.
Corrected entry: On the wall of Dr Yes' lab, the words "Depth gauge" are misspelled "Depth gage."
Correction: Gage is an acceptable alternative spelling for gauge.
Audio problem: When in the apartment of the doctor, it is raining, but there's no sound from the rain hitting the building.
Suggested correction: I've been in several different buildings where I can't hear the rain. Even in my own home there's times I can't hear the rain, even though other times I can.
Continuity mistake: When Max brings the coffee to the doctor's office, his suit is dark blue. After the opening credits he has no time to change, so how come his suit becomes dark gray?
Suggested correction: After watching the scenes, his suit never changes color. It's always a dark grey, never dark blue.
Continuity mistake: At the car wash, the KAOS man drives his car in and there are two people in it for some reason, but when he gets out, he's the only one there.

Other mistake: In Max's apartment, the KAOS agents fire bullets everywhere, but nothing in the room sparks, explodes or does anything when hit by bullets.
Suggested correction: Assuming the submitter meant Max (since there is no Ma character in this episode), the agents aren't firing at anything in the room other than the Cube of Safety, which isn't made of a spark-able material nor would it "explode".
Correction: The agent may have thought his patriotic duty overrode his religious concerns. Religious people join the police force and military all the time as well.
