Continuity: In Season 3, Episode 12, in the very last scene with Jude, Tommy, and Jamie in front of Jude's house, Jude is not wearing a necklace, but when the shot cuts to her entering her house, she is suddenly wearing a necklace.
Continuity: Season 3, episode 13: In the scene where Jude and Spied are dancing, Jude is looking away from Spied in one shot, and in the very next shot is looking straight at him.
Even Better Than the Real Thing (season 1, episode 1)
Continuity: When Jude is singing "24 Hours," in one shot, both of her hands are touching the microphone. In the very next shot, both her hands are by her side.
Oh Well, Whatever, Nevermind (season 1, episode 3)
Continuity: When Tommy is talking to Jude in the bathroom, Jude is looking up with her hands by her side, and in the next shot, her hand is over her face.
Continuity: In the scene where the male reporter is interviewing Jude, in one shot, E.J. is looking at Jude, and in the next shot, is looking at the reporter.
I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend (season 1, episode 7)
Continuity: When Jude and Tommy are talking right after Tommy gets annoyed with Shay, Jude's hands and arms are by her side when Tommy says, "I'm just worried about you," but in the very next shot, her arms are crossed, with no time for the shift.
Unsweet Sixteen (season 1, episode 8)
Continuity: In the scene where Jude and Tommy are celebrating Jude's birthday, in one shot Jude is leaning on the table with crossed arms facing Tommy, and the cake is to her left. In the very next shot, she is facing the cake, and Tommy is to her right.
Continuity: When Tommy is confronting Jude in the alley, in the shot where he says "Shay's a kid," Jude turns her head to look at him, and in the very next shot, she's looking straight ahead, not at him.
Won't Get Fooled Again (season 1, episode 9)
Continuity: In the scene where Jude is confronting her dad after she sings "Skin," the mascara and eyeliner smudged on her eyes changes from small to large amounts and then back to small between shots.
All of series 4 (season 4)
Continuity: Season 4, episode 1: Jude writes her name with a black marker on the list of women Tommy had been with. However, when you see that list again in Episode 9, in the scene where Jude burns her Tommy things, the handwriting is different.
Your Time Is Gonna Come (season 4, episode 1)
Other: In the scene where Jude is recording "Ultraviolet" in the studio, she sings, "I don't care if it burns my eyes," while the actual lyric in the song is "I don't care if it hurts my eyes." Having just performed this exact song at the beginning of the show, it's highly improbable that she would forget the lyrics.
She Drives Me Crazy (season 4, episode 2)
Continuity: In the opening scene where Tommy and Jude are composing a song, Jude's head is turned to the side in a wide shot. In the following close-up shot, her head is staring straight up and not turned to the side.
Possession (season 4, episode 9)
Continuity: In the scene where Jamie and Zeppelin are folding laundry, Jamie hands Zeppelin a pair of pants and in the next shot, the pants are back in Jamie's hands again.
Continuity: In the scene where Blu and Jamie talk after Blu's trip to G Major, Blu's bra straps keep switching from lying under the straps of her tank top to out, and then back to under the straps in between shots. There's no way they could have moved on their own because they are very tight against her shoulders.
She Walks On Me (season 4, episode 11)
Continuity: In the scene where Spied and Karma are in their house, in one shot, Karma's dog walks across the couch and onto the end table. However, two shots later, the dog is back on the couch and facing the end table. Now even though the shots are not consecutive, there was still no time in the 3-second shot in between for the dog to have moved back to the couch.
London Calling (season 4, episode 13)
Continuity: In the scene where Jude is singing "2 AM" to Tommy, in one shot, she's looking straight ahead, and in the next shot, her head is tilted downwards.
