Across whole show
Continuity: Season 1, episode 9 "iWill Date Freddie": When Mrs. Benson walks into Carly's apartment holding the clothes she picked out for Freddie, the clothing repeatedly turns around in her arms and also when she places them on the counter.
Continuity: Season 1, episode 4 "iLike Jake": When Sam walks in on Spencer wearing the plaster head, just after he points out the breathing and feeding tubes, there is plaster smeared all over the left tube that vanishes, reappears, then vanishes again in following shots.
Continuity: Season 1, episode 3 "iDream of Dance": When Sam bangs on the locker with the hammer, the amount of damage on the metal repeatedly changes; it decreases, increases, decreases, and so on.
Visible crew/equipment: Season 2, episode 2 "iStage an Intervention": When Carly and Freddie are talking in the hallway about his bad luck, you can see a crewmember's shadow on the wall next to Freddie.
Other: Season 1, episode 5 "iWanna Stay with Spencer": The "Fan of Hammers" has all the hammers pointed the same way. But when the hammer goes into the wall, it goes in backwards. It is also there through all the rest of the shows and even in season two, where in "iKiss" it has a black handle.
Continuity: In the episode where Carly's cousins come over, Sam goes upstairs to read a book. When her cousins are gone and Carly goes upstairs, she sees a boy rubbing Sam's feet. In between shots, Sam's right foot goes from facing inwards to being flat.
Revealing: Season 1, episode 2 "iWant More Viewers": When the gang is "Messing with Lewbert" and they zoom in on his wart, you can easily see it is just makeup.
Continuity: In one episode (I think it is "iPromote Tech Foots"), Sam hires a personal chef, Sonia. In about the middle of the episode, Sonia is making blueberry muffins while Carly, Sam and Freddie are sitting at the table and Spencer is talking to them. Sonia takes the muffins out of the oven and puts her oven mitts down. Next, Spencer starts walking away. Then Sonia is putting down her oven mitts again. There is no way she could pick up and put down her oven mitts that fast.
Visible crew/equipment: Carly buys a motorcycle for Spencer, and when Spencer puts his helmet on, you can see a boom mic.
Character mistake: In season 2, episode 9 "iRocked the Vote," the television show is called America Sings, as in American Idol. But in season 1, episode 8 "iSpy a Mean Teacher," Carly's line is, "Well, if you choose an American Idol judge, you might pick one firm."
Continuity: Season 1, episode 18 "iPromote Techfoots": When they have the first meeting with the techfoot people, Sam is eating a sandwich. Every time the shot goes back to her and Carly, the amount of the sandwich she has eaten changes. Sometimes there is a bite taken, and then the next time there isn't a bite taken out of it.
Continuity: Season 2, episode 3 "iOwe You": When Spencer and Carly are blowing bubbles to the ceiling, when the bubbles pop, and the soap comes down, Carly's hair is all knotted and messed up. But when she sits up, her hair is perfectly parted and straight.
Character mistake: In the episode when Carly gets a new friend that tries to get rid of Sam, Sam comments that the expired chocolate is older than The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. This is incorrect. The chocolates expired in 1993, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air premiered in 1990.
Continuity: Season 1, episode 23 "iCarly Saves Television": When Carly and Sam are on the web show at the beginning, Sam puts the air hose around the edge of the watermelon. When the camera cuts back to the watermelon later on, the air hose is in the center of the watermelon.
Other: Season 1, episode 11 "iRue the Day": When the military barge into Nevil's house, Uncle Roger puts the camera down and you can see it not moving whatsoever, but in the shot from the POV of the unmoving camera the shot is moving.
Visible crew/equipment: Every time the shot shows the chair between living room and kitchen (when they show where the chair is), the reflection of the studio light is seen on the bottom of the chair. For example, in Season 2, episode 2 "iStage an Intervention," when Carly looks at Pack Rat, when she walks, you can see the studio lights at the bottom of the chair,.
Continuity: Season 2, episode 4 "iHurt Lewbert": When Lewbert is on the ground and everyone's in the lobby, you can see that Carly's shoe doesn't have a large wart before Lewbert screams, "Where's my wart!"
Continuity: Whenever they are doing the show, Freddy is almost always holding the large camera with blue light. When it shows him holding it, it's shaking. When it shows Carly and Sam from the angle of Freddy's cam, it is perfectly still. Always.
Revealing: Season 1, episode 5 "iWanna Stay with Spencer": When Spencer turns on his iPod when talking to his Grandpa, you can see that the headphones are not plugged into the iPod.
Continuity: Season 2, episode 3 "iOwe You": Spencer is talking to the Sunshine girls about stealing his spot. After he gets pushed in the street, when his skateboard goes flying and breaks in two, one half goes offscreen, and one goes under the table. In the next shot both halves are by his feet, but in the next shot they are back in their original positions.
Other: Season 2, episode 20 "iFight Shelby Marx": At the beginning, when everyone is watching Shelby fighting on TV, the timer is going too slow. According to the timer, the fight ends at 2:53, which is only 7 seconds of fighting, yet the fight was way longer than that.
Audio problem: Season 1, episode 6 "iNevel": Towards the end of the episode, Carly invites Nevil round to her apartment. Once he is at the door, he says "I'm Nevil, I'm coming in now", but notice, on the words "I'm coming in now", his mouth is moving a lot before he says it.
Continuity: Season 2, episode 20 "iFight Shelby Marx": In the beginning, Carly gets a bowl and fills it with popcorn up to about 2/3 full. The camera cuts to Sam, then back to Carly, and the bowl is barely full. The camera goes back to Sam then to Carly again, and the bowl is 2/3 full again. Freddie walks in, and the bowl is barely full again, which Carly now fills with popcorn.
Visible crew/equipment: Season 2, episode 4 "iHurt Lewbert": When Spencer is replacing Lewbert, you can see the studio lights reflecting off the bronze dome.
Factual error: Season 1, episode 12 "iPromise Not to Tell": They yell at the lamp, "Rampu," but the right word is "Rampuu," with an "R" that sounds like "L" and the U's are silent, so it sounds like "Lamp."
Continuity: Season 1, Episode 7 "iScream on Halloween": Sam pushes Freddie into the "haunted" apartment. In the very next shot, from inside the apartment, Freddie is standing up. In the next shot, outside the apartment, Sam is pushing the cart with Freddie's equipment on it and Freddie's voice says something like, "Ow! Quit it, Sam!" as if he is still lying on the floor. In the next shot, back inside the apartment, Freddie is standing up again.
Continuity: In the episode where Carly turns in her history report, when she's with the paper at home, it has no holes punched in it. When she got back, however, it was 3-hole punched.
Continuity: In some episodes, Lewbert's wart is small or not even there.
