Deliberate "mistake": On several occasions throughout both series/seasons, whenever a Terminator fires a weapon, they blink. This should not happen because that would be a human reaction - Terminators aren't human. They're made to look and act human, but SkyNet don't focus on the little things; such as emotions, breathing and reflexes. The three most notable instances of this are in Season 1, Episode 5: "Queen's Gambit", Season 2, Episode 21: "Adam Raised a Cain" and Season 2, Episode 22: "Born to Run". In "Queen's Gambit", Cameron blinks as she fires a machine gun at the T-888 in the back of the black van as he runs towards her, in "Adam Raised a Cain" the water delivery Terminator blinks as he shoots Savannah Weaver's nanny Debbie and as he shoots the security guard and Catherine Weaver in "Born To Run".

Continuity: Season 2, Episode 8: "Mr. Ferguson Is Ill Today" - Throughout most of the episode, the repeated conversations seen in each character's stories are slightly different to each other: the way certain lines are delivered, the position of the actors, etc. These scenes were most likely re-filmed.

Revealing: Season 2, Episode 21: "Adam Raised a Cain" - Some of the security cameras in the Weaver's household are in some rather odd locations. We see a camera's point of view of Savannah looking up through the glass table that she's doing her homework on, and a camera's point of view of Savannah hiding behind the TV. Besides the obvious need for John Henry to keep an eye on her, what is the need for these cameras? And where are they placed? Later on in the episode, when John Henry is talking to James Ellison about why he stopped looking for Sarah Connor, pretty much all of the cameras on the wall next to them are recycled shots from the actual show and couldn't possibly be from physical cameras due to their awkward angles.

Visible crew/equipment: Season 2, Episode 19: "Today Is The Day, Part 2" - When John gets back from seeing Riley's body, he sits down at the kitchen table in front of Sarah. Sarah tells him he shouldn't have gone. John then says, "It was a risk, I know". As he says this, the shadow of a boom mic can be seen on the wall behind him.

Revealing: Season 2, Episode 8: "Mr. Ferguson Is Ill Today" - In Cameron's Story, in the scene with her and Derek, Derek's phone rings. When he looks at the screen it shows a telephone number and the words "EDIT" and "BACK" in the bottom corners. The phone is not in fact ringing at all. Derek is merely looking at the details of a contact saved on the phone.

Revealing: Season 2, Episode 14: "The Good Wound" - When Catherine Weaver is killing all the employees of Desert Canyon Heat and Air in its warehouse, some of the employees fall to the ground with no signs of any entry wounds or blood on their bodies.

Revealing: Season 2, Episode 1: "Samson and Delilah" - When Sarah and John leave the chapel after attempting to disable Cameron, they run across the road and almost get hit by a car. Watch Sarah's face in the close up shot: she's trying not to laugh and is somewhat smiling.

Visible crew/equipment: Season 2, Episode 15: "Desert Cantos" - At the beginning when Sarah, John, Cameron and Derek are driving past the dead cows, the shadow of a camera can be seen on the inside of the passenger door that Sarah is sitting in.

Revealing: Season 2, Episode 14: "The Good Wound" - When Sarah breaks the window to distract the Police Deputy, the door that the Deputy kicks in opens before he kicks it.

Continuity: Season 2, Episode 20: "To the Lighthouse". Derek orders Cameron to work on the flat tire of their truck. Cameron quickly turns her head away from Derek to the truck. In the far shot, Cameron turns her head to the truck again.

Plot hole: Ep. "Samson and Delilah" - When John inserts Cameron's CPU, she restarts nearly instantly. She recognizes John right away and speaks to him by name. Yet seconds later, we see through her eyes as her system reports recognizing him, but she already does.

Continuity: Ep. "Samson and Delilah" - When the Jeep Cherokee flips, it lands on the driver-side/rear corner of its roof, completely collapsing that corner of the roof. The camera angle changes and instantly the Jeep is landing on both of its driver-side tires, roof intact, and rolls onto its left side. The angle changes again, and the collapsed roof is back as the Jeep slides a bit more before the shot changes again, and the undamaged roof is shown as the Jeep rolls onto its roof and comes to a stop. The camera pans around the rear of the wreck, and there is no roof collapse at either rear corner.

Continuity: Ep. "Samson and Delilah" - As Derek sits at the table, Sarah is digging jelly from a jar with a knife, moving it onto toast that sits on a plate on the table. The shot instantly reverses and the jar is on the table and she's spreading the jelly with the knife on the toast she now holds in her hand.

Continuity: Ep. "Samson and Delilah" - Sarah carries a plate with a sandwich and a tall glass of milk for John. After talking with Cameron for a few moments, she heads to John's room, arriving with the plate and sandwich, but no glass of milk, and with some of his clean clothing.

Revealing: Episode: "Strange Things Happen at the One Two Point". When the body of Dr. Sherman is uncovered on the gurney, his eyelids flutter, then his eyeballs can be seen moving beneath his eyelids.

Plot hole: When Derek is shot and needs a transfusion, they first offer up Sarah as being O negative, the universal donor, but it is turned down as he needs his own blood type, AB positive. John then states, "Test mine," and his is magically AB even though his type could only be A, B or O with his mother as type O. To be AB, his mother would have had to have been A, B or AB. This was required to have John donate to Derek and to allow Sarah to offer as O-, but is factually impossible.

Continuity: Season 2, episode 21, "Adam Raised a Cain." While in the garage of Ms. Weaver's house, a terminator, out to get Savannah, takes four bullets from Sarah in the back. Later as you see the terminator go after John and Savannah, you can see his back as he is coming up some stairs, and the terminator now has five bullets holes in its back.

Revealing: "Season 2, Episode 20: To the Lighthouse." When Cameron is firing back at the man on the passenger side of the van coming at her, the man drops the gun in his lap when Cameron shoots him. The very next shot shows the gun tumbling around on the road on the opposite side of where he was shooting.

Continuity: EP "Goodbye to All That": On the firing range when John Connor fixes the stoppage on the rifle, his shooting glasses are on his head, when he hands the rifle back, the glasses are now over his eyes, and in the next shot they are on his head again. Not enough time has occurred between shots for this to happen.

Revealing: Ep. "Samson and Delilah" - As Cameron flips over the Jeep Cherokee, the smoke coming from the bottom of it is from the cannon used to flip it, the cannon in later shots then disappears, more notably when the camera goes above the Jeep with Sarah crawling out.
