Sheldon: We are committing genetic fraud. There's no guarantee that our sperm is going to generate high IQ offspring, think about that. I have a sister with the same basic DNA mix who hostesses at Fuddruckers.

Deliberate "mistake": Very often, during Skype or other video chat conversations, the people on the computer screen look left or right when talking to someone who is not directly in front of the screen. Although it certainly helps the viewers understand who's talking to whom (which is why I assume it's a 'deliberate mistake'), it isn't realistic, since it implies that the people on the screen are actually constantly looking away from their computer instead of at their screen or webcam.
Character mistake: When Sheldon arrives at the apartment with his Nintendo 64 in the box, he tells Leonard that they can play Super Mario 64. He then proceeds to say, upon finding a memory card, that they can pick up where he left off. Super Mario 64 does not make use of the memory card, all of the data is saved on the cartridge.
Factual error: Sheldon states that the "Reinheitsgebot" would have severely limited the availability of mead in 1487. This is wrong for two reasons, the first being that the most commonly known version of this law wasn't introduced until 1516 and secondly this law only defined the price and the ingredients of beer and had therefore nothing to do with other alcoholic beverages like mead.
Continuity: When Penny is making French toast and Sheldon walks into shot, the edges of the toast are not covered in egg whilst the rest of the toast is. About 30 seconds later, Penny asks Sheldon if he wants French toast and the edges are still not covered in egg. The shot cuts to Sheldon. In this shot we can see Penny's hands to the far edge of screen and fully raised showing us that she hasn't dipped the edges of the toast in egg yet. But in the next shot, we can see the whole of the toast is covered in egg, including the edges of the toast that were clear a moment earlier.
Factual error: During the final scene of this episode, Sheldon steps out of his office wearing a gas mask and engages Leonard in conversation where he then states he is making hydrogen sulphide gas (more commonly known as H2S). Leonard correctly identifies this as highly flammable. However, this gas is far more dangerous and is harmful to the human body at as low a concentration as 20 parts per million (ppm), can cause permanent damage at 100ppm and is fatal after two breaths at 500ppm. So for Raj (and his bird) to be completely unharmed in a high concentration of H2S (noted by the fire) is impossible.
