Updated recently If you look at the marble patterns on the walls, they are all exactly the same from floor to floor. Also the bricks oddities on the stairway match from floor to floor. They change lights, elevator tape etc. but it's the same floor used over and over as different floors.

Whenever the gang eats lunch at the cafeteria, they often shake salt and pepper on to their meals. The salt and pepper on all the tables in the cafeteria are actually grinders, and the grinders also have caps on them, so shaking them will do nothing whatsoever.

Updated this week Near the end of the show, the big robot is chasing the other robot down the hallway. The camera starts to zoom in as the robots come by it. The big robot stops just before the camera zoom is past it, yet they keep running down the hallway like the robot is still going.

In the scene where Sheldon visits Leonard and Penny in bed, towards the end of the scene, Leonard turns off the light. As he does, if you look carefully, you can see that the light turns off before he hits the switch.
