When Sheldon arrives at the apartment with his Nintendo 64 in the box, he tells Leonard that they can play Super Mario 64. He then proceeds to say, upon finding a memory card, that they can pick up where he left off. Super Mario 64 does not make use of the memory card, all of the data is saved on the cartridge.

Sheldon is an obsessive compulsive and picky person and he picks a pre-designated seat in all places. Yet when he enters Penny's apartment to talk to her he promptly sits on the couch, which was not where he chose 'his seat' to be. It seems out of character that he would sit there when he has a ready-chosen spot and that his nature is as it is.

Leonard has his phone on his left ear. Sheldon says "Since ears don't cross hemispheres..." This is an error. The vast majority of the input to the left (or right) ear crosses over to the opposite hemisphere.

When Sheldon is placing his order near the beginning of the episode, he states "In the mid-18th century, King Rama IV of Siam..." King Rama IV was born 18th October 1804 and died 1st October 1868. His reign was during the mid-19th century (1851-1868).

The Einstein Approximation (season 3, episode 14)

When working in the Cheesecake Factory, Sheldon says "Bonne appétite". He should know that this is incorrect and would be the first to remind others that the correct phrase is "Bon appétit" (appétit is masculine and the t at the end of the word is not pronounced). He may be confusing the phrase with the German "Guten appetit" or the Italian "Buon appetito", but this is unlikely as using the French "Bon appeéit" is the standard English phrase. Minor character mistake for most people, but not Sheldon.

When Howard says they should put the time machine in the lift in 1-14 "The Nerdvana Annihilation", Leonard states the lift had been broken for two years. But in this episode we found out the lift broke seven years earlier.
