Continuity: 1-9 "The Sanctuary": The packages Drake and Kathy place on the table beside their coats have disappeared when they return for the coats a few shots later.

All of series 1 (season 1)
Audio problem: 1-25 "The Brothers": When Lita and Drake get out of the car, each of them closes just one door. But we can distinctly hear three car doors slamming shut.
Continuity: 1-4 "The Blue Veil": Just after he shows Drake and Clare the diamonds, the Moukta's hands change positions on the jewel bag and in relation to the collar of his robe as soon as the camera angle changes. This goes back and forth several times between shots.
All of series 2 (season 2)
Visible crew/equipment: 2-2 "The Professionals": When Drake's arrival is announced at the party, the reflection of two stage lights appears briefly at the top of the screen.
Sting in the Tail (season 3, episode 4)
Revealing: The footage of the assassin climbing up the drain pipe and leaping across the rooftop at the beginning of the episode is reused from the episode "A Room In The Basement." You can even see Drake already up on the roof from that episode, whereas there's only one person climbing in this one.
English Lady Takes Lodgers (season 3, episode 5)
Revealing: At Lisbon airport, when Drake and Emma are sitting in the car, the windscreen is rather conspicuously missing, probably removed to facilitate a better camera shot. The missing glass reappears a few scenes later, though, in time for Drake to drive off in the car.
Are You Going to be More Permanent? (season 3, episode 10)
Continuity: When Drake is leaning against the back of the park bench while talking to the tailor, in the shots over his shoulder, his watch is partially covered by his shirt cuff. In the shots from in front, his watch is completely exposed, despite his arm never moving.
