Plot hole: S04E24. It is established that the Intersect must match the recipient's brain pattern to be able to upload safely. Yet it didn't kill Morgan when he wore the glasses meant for Chuck.

Continuity: In the series finale "Chuck versus the Good-Bye", Chuck and Sarah are in the Wienerlicious waiting for Quin to show up, Sarah begins rearranging the cups. There are three stacks of cups, and after she has set the third stack down, the camera cuts and she is now just reaching for the third stack. (She moved the third stack twice.)

Plot hole: When Chuck flashes on a Volkoff safehouse there are images of Vivian. However, Chuck's Intersect data was uploaded BEFORE Vivian took over Alexei's company.

Factual error: In a scene in "Chuck versus the Anniversary" (S04E01) that aired Monday September 20, 2010, Chuck is supposedly riding a Los Angeles city bus. But the buses pictured are NYC buses.
