Dexter (2006) - 11 mistakes in entire show

Other: Season 4, Lundy's description of the trinity suspect has him at 180 to 200lbs, which we hear him recording, but when Dexter listens to the recording it says 200 to 220lbs instead.

Continuity: In Season 1, Episode 1, "Dexter": The door to Dexter's apartment opens out toward the walkway. However, in all subsequent episodes the door opens into his apartment.

Continuity: In Season 1, Episode 8, "Shrink Wrap": The Ice-Truck Killer is responding to Dexter's Craigslist submission. The reply-to e-mail address is frozenbarbie@hotmail.web, but when in the new window that popped up when the ITK hit "Reply" the address is frozenbarbie@hotmail.com.

Other: Series 1, Episode 2: "Crocodile". When Dexter is running Matt Chambers' fingerprint though his computer, he brings up four newspaper articles where the names Matt Brewster and Matt Rasmussen are used. In the final article, the headline reads "Matt Rasmussen of South Boston arrested", but the body of the article uses the name Matt Brewster exclusively. Other than the first few words, the text of the final article is identical to that of the previous one.

Continuity: When Shanda is sat on Debra's desk, her handbag keeps moving from on her lap to at her side between shots.

Continuity: In the Season 1, Episode "Father Knows Best," Dexter goes to the morgue to see the body of his father. When he first sees the body, he bends down, and the clock behind him reads 4:11. A moment later when he stands back up the clock is at 4:17.

Continuity: When Angel is at the bar, the girl he is talking to has a drink held up by her face when viewed from behind. In every shot from in front, the drink is on the table.

Continuity: When Rita is talking to Bob outside the house, she is carrying a box. A piece of tinsel keeps moving from hanging over the edge of the box, to being tucked inside.

Continuity: When Dexter wakes up in front of Rita's house, he has a sweat patch on his shirt. When he gets into his car a minute later, it's gone.

Continuity: When Angel is drinking with Lila after finishing her apartment, the wine glass changes position throughout the scene.

Other: Batista arrives at the office and after a short exchange with Deb and Quinn about his relationship with Detective Gianna, he greets Laguerta with "Mornin' Lu". The clock on the wall indicates it is 1:35 in the afternoon.
