Continuity: When Ricky leaves Michael's apartment he has the envelope with money in his left hand. When the shot changes, we instantly see him walking away empty handed, with the envelope lying on the table.

Good Soldier (season 2, episode 9)

Revealing: In "Good Soldier" as Michael is on the motorcycle headed toward his loft, just before he goes under the semi-trailer, you can see the long hair of the stuntman on the bike.

Revealing: When Micheal is sliding under the semi trailer you can see multiple scrape marks going under the trailer. They probably tried to get the shot a few times.

Continuity: When Chandler's car explodes, he and Michael land prone on the ground facing the explosion. When the shot cuts, they're facing the opposite direction.

End Run (season 3, episode 3)

Character mistake: Near the end, when Michael reveals to Brennen he knows everything about him, he says, "I know everything about Tyler Brennen." Michael emphasizes "Tyler" as if it's a big deal that he knows Brennen's first name. Michael already knew Brennen's first name from the first time he met him, in Season 2, Episode 15 "Sins of Omission."

Continuity: During the scene when Michael is attempting to deceive Brennen into letting him and Nate go (from the time Brennen receives the picture message to when Brennen leaves), Brennen's necktie (right below the knot) changes from having a dimple to being flat, 6 or 7 times during the scene.

Audio problem: When Michael is forced to do "errands" for Brennen, they stop by Jonathan Carver's house to get numbers from him for a voice key. The code played back at the facility is 71348. He says "3" in a medium pitch (tone) at the house, but it is high pitched when played back at the facility; he says "8" in a medium pitch, and it's also high pitched later. And finally he says "9" in a low pitch and it's played back medium pitch. Also very obvious is the fact that Jonathan never says "1" or "7."

Visible crew/equipment: When Michael breaks into the car, after he drives off you can see a camera standing in the back seat in the car, and it's pretty clear it's a stunt man driving. (Helps to pause at 18:07.)

Continuity: Near the end of the episode when Michael, Nate, and Madeline are all talking together, Nate has a glass of milk in his hand, and he raises it to his mouth. In the next shot, the glass has mysteriously disappeared.

Long Way Back (season 3, episode 9)

Other: The second time Thomas O'Neill and his crew attack Michael, Fiona and Shaun at the hideout, they throw in a tear gas grenade. The next shot, Michael is hit in the lower back with a stun ball. Michael grabs his lower back before the stun ball actually hits.

Continuity: When Michael's mother is arrested, we see the cuffs go on with her bracelet nearer her hands than the cuffs. The shot changes and suddenly her bracelet's further up her arm - no way it could have moved there past the cuffs.
