Suggested correction: The entire series was set in an alternate history of sorts, so most, if not all, historical "inaccuracies" cannot be regarded as mistakes.

Brisco in Jalisco - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: Brisco's hands are folded close to his chin as he talks to the Generalissimo in the frontal shots of him, but then a rear shot shows him raising his hands form the table to fold under his chin.

Continuity mistake: After stopping the train and shoving the gang plank to the rail car's roof, two of Pete's men cross the plank to the car. In the first shot after they are already at the end of the car, but in the subsequent shot those same men are running towards the end of the car.

Continuity mistake: The burning fuse of the dynamite bundle on Brisco Jr.and Lord Bowler's table changes location as it burns - some shots the flame is close to the dynamite, other shots the flame is further from the dynamite, then back to close.

Continuity mistake: Brisco is being hanged by the Mexicans and his hands are tied. When one of the bad guys shoots the rope and Brisco escapes, his hands are untied.

Pete Hutter: I was only gut shot. I'm stronger now with less appetite.
