Visible crew/equipment: In "Abigail" when Cassie is picked up from the hospital by the taxi, you can see a crewmember reflected in its window.
Continuity: In the last episode of season two, when returning the coffin, Tony and Sid leave the boot of the hearse open. Moments later it has shut itself.
Continuity: In Episode One of Series Two, at the end when Maxxie helps Tony write his name down, between shots the handwriting of the word completely changes.
