Skins (2007) - 29 mistakes in entire show

Continuity: After Chris pees in his face, due to the viagra, in the very next shot his face is completely dry.

Visible crew/equipment: When Cassie is picked up from the hospital by the taxi, you can see a crewmember reflected in its window.

Continuity: When Michelle and Jal are sitting on the bed watching Jal's interview on TV, Jal's jacket collar changes position between shots.

Visible crew/equipment: Green screens and crew reflections can be seen in Sid's glasses multiple times.

Continuity: When Chris wakes up, at the start, the remote control on top of his alarm clock changes positions between shots.

Continuity: When Michelle goes over to pick out a dress for Jal, between a wide shot and a closeup, after she picks the black dress, the curtain moves.

Continuity: Cook and Effy manage to fall through Pandora's Mum's wardrobe, into the next door neighbors bedroom. But this is not possible as the neighbor's houses are detached.

Continuity: During the episode, Sid's phone changes from an LG phone to a Nokia.

Continuity: When Sid and Tony are at the restaurant waiting for Michelle, the sauce on Sid's chin keeps changing and vanishing.

Continuity: When Naomi climbs inside the teachers car, one of her bag straps falls off her shoulder. In the next shot both straps are on her shoulder again.

Continuity: When Pandora is eating the donuts that Thomas offers her at the bus stop, the bites in them change between every shot and the colour of the icing on top changes from yellow to pink.

Continuity: When Tony and Chris are in the pool cafe, the bites in Tony's sandwich vanish after we see them.

Continuity: When Steve starts to dress after Effy walks into her Mum's bedroom, the desk next to him is clear but in the next shot his eyeglasses are sitting on the desk, appearing out of nowhere.

Continuity: When Effy walks in on her Mum and Steve in the bedroom, Steve does up some of his shirt buttons. In the next shot they're undone again and he redoes them.

Visible crew/equipment: Boom mike is clearly reflected in Danny's sunglasses in every shot, when he is dropping Katie and Emily off at college.

Continuity: During the party, Cassie's eyeshadow is a pale green, but on the trampoline it is a pale purple. It later returns to being green again.

Continuity: When the school director is talking to Jal, in one shot she takes her glasses off. In the very next they're back on, then off again.

Continuity: When Cassie is in her baby brother's room, the rate at which the mobile hanging over the cot is spinning at, changes a few times.

Continuity: When returning the coffin, Tony and Sid leave the boot of the hearse open. Moments later it has shut itself.

Continuity: When Chris goes into the kitchen and finds the envelope of money, between shots the envelope flap undoes itself.
