Mistake Revealing: "Give 'Em Enough Rope": Reid's rear view mirror, missing in all the medium shots (processed in-studio with an obvious rear-screen projection), mysteriously reappears in full shot when his Chrysler pulls into the car shop.

Mistake Revealing: "Deadline for Death": The Black Beauty, Hornet's car, releases a smoke screen to stop the bad guys' plane from taking off. But you can see in several shots that the stunt car actually releasing the smoke is an entirely different make, model and color.

Mistake Continuity: "Hunters & the Hunted": The Black Beauty drives past a red and white 1957 Chevy BelAir parked on the street. In the next shot, from inside the car as they pass, the Chevy is suddenly parked in the same spot, but facing in the opposite direction. Next shot, as the bad guy follows them, the Chevy is facing forward again.

Mistake Continuity: "Crime Wave": Kato activates the clamps that prepare Reid's car for the flip-over that will reveal the Green Hornet's "Black Beauty." We see the clamps hook themselves to the car in close-up. But in the next, wider shot of the car turning over, the clamps have disappeared.

Mistake Continuity: "The Silent Gun": The Green Hornet guarantees the witness' safety with his hands on her shoulders, standing just inches from her. But when the shot cuts, he's abruptly two feet away and is no longer touching her.

Mistake Continuity: "The Silent Gun": The coiled cord on Carley's desk phone moves itself from being wrapped around the base to stretched over the top of the phone between takes.

Mistake Continuity: "Eat, Drink and Be Dead": Britt Reid's white Chrysler sits in his garage on a turntable that flips over to reveal the Green Hornet's wheels - a customized black Chrysler. But when the clamps rise from the floor to secure the white car for the flip-over, it's apparent that the car being clamped is already the black one.

Mistake Visible crew/equipment: "Ace in the Hole": When Reid is showing the DA his closed-circuit video of Mike, several pieces of white tape stuck to the carpet are visible. These are blocking marks, put there to show the actors where to stand.

Mistake Continuity: "The Preying Mantis": The Black Beauty leaves Britt Reid's garage in full daylight. In the very next shot, as the car pulls out into the street, it's completely dark.

Mistake Visible crew/equipment: "The Preying Mantis": The Green Hornet zaps the bad guy's rifle with his stinger ray. When the gun bursts into flames, the wire leading to the explosive special effects charge is visible trailing off to the right of the shot.
