Revealing: Mark's stunt double in the final fight scene has a very bad (and obvious) brown wig. Mark's hair, however, is blond.

Continuity: When the Italian U.N.C.L.E. official parks his red sports car outside the jail and gets out, he leaves the door ajar. When he comes back with April, the door has closed itself.

Audio problem: When LeGallows complains that the road is unendurable, his lips don't move at all.

Revealing: Mark finds the bomb planted under his Jeep and puts it under the bad guy's car instead. When it explodes, there's a huge cloud of smoke, but before the shot cuts, you can see that the car is completely undamaged.

Revealing: Due to the rather obvious insertion of car-crash stock footage, April's white 1964 Ford Falcon turns into a gray 1950s sedan as it goes over the cliff.

Continuity: Though she and Mark have both been calling Putzi the dachshund (who is visibly female) a "she" and a "good girl" throughout the episode, April has an odd memory lapse later and refers to the dog as "he."
