Revealing: In the episode when ACO Bulstrode is looking at the newspaper cut-out of the appliance crash (the one that Bayleaf was involved in), look closely at the cut-out. The whole article is just the same 3 or 4 lines repeating over and over again. Seemed the producers were too lazy to write a full article, hoping no-one would notice.

Audio problem: Series 7 Episode 14. When Charisma knocks on Kevin's houseboat, he says "It's Me, Les!" but his mouth is not moving at all.

Other: Series 10, episode 10: During the shout at the beginning, when the workman is hanging dangerously close over the electricity transformer, Nick is informed by the electricity board that they cannot get closer than 15 feet without it arcing. So why isn't the transformer arcing when the workman is hanging just under a foot from it?

Revealing: Series 10, episode 13: Obvious CGI flames were used during the science lab fire, because when the teacher knocks over the Bunsen burner onto the flammable liquids, parts of the workbench instantly catch fire that were nowhere near the liquids.

Other: Series 10, episode 4: The fire at the used cars dealership recycles several shots from the petrol station fire in Series 6 episode 7. These include shots of burning petrol on the ground and a Renault car with the registration mark B649 CLY exploding.

Continuity: Series 6, episode 7: During the petrol station fire, Hallam goes to rescue two attendants trapped in the station shop. The first external shot shows the inside of the shop on fire, but when it switches to the interior shot where Hallam tells them to run for it, there's no fire at all.

Other: Series 10, episode 14: About 9 minutes into the episode, a shot of Walt Disney pointing at a wall chart appears for a few seconds! Didn't they bother checking this before releasing it?

Continuity: Series 6, episode 7: During the car chase scene, the car passes a petrol station and heads straight towards a bus. Then the next shot shows the car on a clear piece of road where the bus and petrol station have disappeared, but in the next shot the car swerves into the petrol station seen before. The car was going straight, without turning onto any side roads.

Revealing: In the episode when the schizo falls off the crane, the car he falls on explodes a split second before he actually lands on it.

Revealing: Series 6, episode 3: Just before the runaway car crashes through the car park wall, you can see the pre-cut area where it crashes through.

Continuity: Series 10 episode 15. When Billy and Sicknote go upstairs after their encounter with Pitbull, they go upstairs to change into uniform. The camera follows them upstairs. The appliance bay has no other firefighters present. When the camera pans back down, a full roll-call is taking place in the appliance bay, including Billy and Sicknote who just went upstairs to change few seconds earlier. This was probably done intentionally but it sure does look ridiculous.

Revealing: Series 9, episode 4: The flashover in the disused factory's ventilation duct (where the pop video is being shot) craftily borrows a shot of the flashover in the laser arcade shout from Series 7 episode 5. The arcade's overhead walkway and the icon of the woman holding the laser gun is visible.

Factual error: Series 7, episode 7: In this episode Nick rides the Pump. However, being Station Officer, he should be riding the Pump Ladder. The London Fire Brigade always has the Station Officer in charge of the Pump Ladder and not the Pump (it's the Sub Officer who is in charge of it).

Revealing: Series 10 Episode 15. The shout where the paedophile's car gets petrol-bombed was done using CGI. The flames are not consistent between shots and there is no smoke whatsoever.
