Continuity: In seaon 5, episode 16, Dr. Hunt brings a clear drink over to Christina. In the next shot, Christina takes a sip of the drink and it is dark. In the next shot, the drink is back on the table and it's clear again.

Character mistake: In episode 5-18, "Elevator Love Letter," when Dr Shepphard walks into the OR to start the brain surgery on Izzy, after already scrubbing, he touches his forehead and surgical cap. He would not have done this as he would then contaminate himself, forcing him to re-scrub.
Continuity: In episode 6-02, "Goodbye," in the scene where Izzy is getting chemo, the amount of popsicle that is bitten off on Meridith's pop changes from more to almost nothing from shot to shot.
A Hard Day's Night (season 1, episode 1)
Continuity: George puts his stethoscope on twice, while everybody is getting ready in the locker room.
Continuity: Dr. Bailey points out four pagers for the four interns. However somehow there are two pagers left over.
Continuity: Izzie's glasses disappear from her face, when the interns are getting the gurney from the airpad.
Continuity: When everybody is talking in the canteen, Merediths arm moves from down on her chair, to up in the air between shots.
Visible crew/equipment: When Meredith is asking Dr. Bailey for Derek, a cameraman is reflected in the glass panels beside them.
Continuity: When the interns are sitting on the beds, Izzie stretches her arms upwards twice between shots, when talking about geriatrics.
Continuity: When Meredith and Christina are trying to tell Derek about Katie, he gets into the lift and the door begins to shut. In the next shot the door is back open.
Continuity: Christina turns her head away twice, when Meredith is picked for surgery with Derek.
Continuity: When George is telling Gloria that her husband died, the woman standing next to Gloria puts her hand on her shoulder three times.

Continuity: When Meredith and Derek are at the elevator, Derek is on a palm pilot. Between shots, he closes it twice.
Continuity: When Meredith drops all the files in the elevator to make out with Derek, they are in a different position from when she picks them up.
Winning a Battle, Losing the War (season 1, episode 3)
Continuity: When the interns are asked who wants to assist Burke, everyone raises their hands. When they lower them, Christina lowers her arm twice.
Continuity: Viper has a green headband on with a white bandage underneath. But as he leaves, then kisses Meredith, the bandage has vanished.
