Continuity: When Dr. Miranda Bailey tries to resuscitate/reanimate her patient Jeremiah, the assistant puts the anesthesia bag down next to Jeremiah's shoulder, in the next shot however, she has the bag back in her hands and lies it down once more.

Continuity: In the scene where Preston finally finds Christina alone, he walks into her room that has a door with a rectangular window in it and a white box with stickers above a glove box on the wall next to the door. When Preston starts to tell her what else she could have said by saying, "Plenty. For starters," Christina interrupts him by saying, "Oh, look. It's my mother." We see her mother come into room and shut a solid wood door. There is a picture/print on the wall next to the door. They are all in a different room! When Christina and her mother really start to squabble, Christina says, "Oh, me? I'm unpleasant?" Preston starts backing away to leave and all of the sudden they are now back in the original room, with rectangular window in the door (that is open) and the white box with stickers above the glove box on the wall next to the door.

Continuity: In season 2 episode 11, Olivia walks into an elevator with Izzy already inside and they go up 3 floors. When Izzy leaves the elevator, it's the same floor from which Olivia came (same equipment and decor).

Continuity: Season-2 Episode-17 (Part-2 of It's the End of the World As We Know It). The scene where the bomb explodes shows the bomb squad captain walking toward the end of a hallway. Just as the bomb explodes you can see he is about 5-6 feet away from the end of the hallway where another bomb squad tech is waiting. After the explosion the scene cuts to Meredith flying backwards then to a shot of windows being blown out then back to a rear shot of Meredith hitting the floor. Notice here that a second floor is not visible at the end of the hallway. The scene finishes with a final aftermath shot of the hallway as the debris settles. Here we see an entirely different hallway with a visible second floor and the end of the hallway extended by about 10 feet.
