Continuity: When Izzy, George and Christina walk over to the vendor, talking about Dr. Sheppard and Meredith, Izzy is in the middle, eating snacks from a packet. Between shots she alternates from holding the pack either up or down.
Visible crew/equipment: When they arrive at work near the beginning, as Meredith exits the car, and walks past, the boom mike is reflected in the car, in front of her, following her along.

Continuity: Izzie's glasses disappear from her face, when the interns are getting the gurney from the airpad.
