Season one - episode three: When Cristina leaves the room the brain dead man's daughter grabs her mother's hand. In the next shot, the mother and daughter are hugging each other. [Two people can go from holding hands to hugging in a matter or seconds, not a mistake.]

In Season 1 Episode 9, Christina pronounces the dead patients condition incorrectly. She says Haemotomachrosis. The condition is Haemochromotosis. [Character mistake.] Corrected by Ictoabu

Season 3: Episode 1 (s. 2 recaps) When an exhausted and annoyed Miranda is wheeled in the elevator she warns "I may be 47 months pregnant but." (she obviously meant weeks). [This is not a mistake. She was exaggerating as most people do, ie: "I have a million things to do today".] Corrected by Dedderbot

The Name of the Game (series 2)

Denny and Izzy are playing Scrabble - he puts down a word, announcing "triple word score", but his word's part-way into the board, not touching any corners. All the triple word score squares in Scrabble are on the corners. [There are eight, not four, triple word score boxes on a Scrabble board. There is one in each corner and one at the halfway point on each side. It is one of these that Denny is using.]
