Trivia
S4E11: (spoiler) The Scylla alarm on the General's computer is visible on screen for a second or two. Below the flashing word 'alarm', it says it is in section AA-23. That's also the designation of the prison block where Princess Leia is being held in Star Wars. This was certainly done intentionally, but is also easy to miss. See more...

Across whole show
Visible crew/equipment: Season 2, Episode 16 "Chicago": When Haywire jumps off the tower, it's obviously a stuntman falling down.
Factual error: There is no prison in the United States that does not strictly segregate Death Row prisoners. They are never, ever allowed contact with the general prison population.
Continuity: "Episode 16-17.
In Episode 16 when Linc is to be executed you see the clouds pass in front of the full moon. In Episode 17 - a couple of days later - you again see the full moon."
Continuity: Season 2, episode 6. While the guys are digging in the garage, Michael tells Sucre about the website they can use, as C-Note walks in. He closes the door behind him, but misses the catch, and you can see the door start to swing open again behind him as he walks further into the room. Cut to Lincoln for a second, then to a wide shot, and the door is now firmly closed.
Continuity: Season 2, episode 9. After Lincoln and LJ have been recognized by the waitress, they speed off down a road. During their conversation in the car, whenever we see LJ from (his) right side, his hair is blowing in a strong draft, and is blown away from the temple. In all other shots, his hair is completely calm, and is hanging down and forward, covering his right temple completely.
Factual error: Episode: "The Message."When Fernando Sucre steals the Volkswagen in Sinaloa, Mexico, the license plate on the front begins with F. All Sinaloa passenger plates begin with V.
Factual error: When in New Mexico, all the vehicles have license plates on the front. New Mexico only issues one plate, for the rear of the vehicle. Also, at least one of the plates has a Q in the serial. New Mexico only uses Q's on vanity plates.
Continuity: Season 2, Episode 10 "Rendezvous". When Geary hits Bellic then backpack with money falls. In the next shot, before Geary hits Bellic second time we see that the backpack is standing.
Factual error: Episode: Bad Blood. When the airport security guard stops to give Sucre a ride, his car has Sinaloa plates on it. Since he works in Ixtapa/Zihuatinejo, it should have Guerrero plates on it. Sinaloa is several hundred miles away.
Continuity: S03E02 - When Scofield has water poured in to his glass the water level isn't even a quarter full, however, when it cuts back the glass is half full.
Visible crew/equipment: S03-E12: When Lincoln gets on the boat, it cuts to a shot from behind him, and the camera's shadow is visible on his back.
Visible crew/equipment: S03-E12: After the bus driver has given Lincoln's description to the police, it cuts to Lincoln driving a car. The camera moves closely in to the car and you can see both the camera and a couple of crew members reflected in the window.
Pilot (season 1, episode 1)
Continuity: This happens in the scene where Lisa is scolding LJ for getting arrested. When LJ says "I don't have a father", he is leaning on the table with his arms crossed. When the shot changes, his arms are uncrossed and in a completely different position.
Allen (season 1, episode 2)
Continuity: When Michael is finishing up the Allen key, he is wearing his grey sweatshirt. Yet when he finishes it and checks it on his tattoo he is wearing his blue shirt over his sweatshirt.
Other: When T-bag catches Michael in his cell looking for the Allen key, he says, 'What are you doing in my cell?' but he doesn't have his usual southern accent.
Continuity: When Michael is feeling the screws in the benches looking for the right one and finds it, you see him touching it and the head of the screw is old and dirty and fixed into the wood. When he gets on the bench to discreetly unscrew it, it is now clean and sticking out a little way, obviously so the actor can twist it out more easily.
Continuity: After the gas canisters are thrown into the rabble, Michael runs back up into his cell and puts his hands on the bunk, they are clean. The shot cuts to T-bag yelling up at him and when the shot goes back to Michael, his hands are covered in blood.
Cute Poison (season 1, episode 4)
Continuity: Episode "Cute Poison": When Veronica is having coffee with Nick, she picks up her cup to take a sip and is holding it around the rim. When the shot changes she is holding it by the handle.
Revealing: Near the end, when Michael is unscrewing the sink before kicking the wall in, watch his hands in the foreground while he is talking to Sucre. Just when Sucre says "But what you were doing up there in the infirmary." Michael starts using his fingers to take the bolt out. You can see that there is no bolt, just him turning air, with a mystery 'unscrewing' sound effect.
