Trivia

S4E11: (spoiler) The Scylla alarm on the General's computer is visible on screen for a second or two. Below the flashing word 'alarm', it says it is in section AA-23. That's also the designation of the prison block where Princess Leia is being held in Star Wars. This was certainly done intentionally, but is also easy to miss. See more...

Cute Poison (season 1, episode 4)

Mistake Continuity: Episode "Cute Poison": When Veronica is having coffee with Nick, she picks up her cup to take a sip and is holding it around the rim. When the shot changes she is holding it by the handle.

Mistake Revealing: Near the end, when Michael is unscrewing the sink before kicking the wall in, watch his hands in the foreground while he is talking to Sucre. Just when Sucre says "But what you were doing up there in the infirmary." Michael starts using his fingers to take the bolt out. You can see that there is no bolt, just him turning air, with a mystery 'unscrewing' sound effect.
