Kenan & Kel (1996) - 92 mistakes in entire show

Continuity: In the episode when it's Kenan's birthday, Kenan and Kel are looking for Kenan's present in Kenan's parents room. As they're searching, Kel throws some of Kenan's parent's clothes all over the place. But then when Kel throws the snowglobe, there is practically no mess, but just a few clothes on the floor - less than before. Some clothes on the bed disappear as well.

Continuity: Cold War: Kel drinks a fair bit of Kenan's "medicine" but in the next shot the amount of "medicine" is greater than before.

Continuity: The Lottery: At the very beginning, when Kenan is shown in Rigby's, the clock changes from 8:00 to 9:25.

Revealing: In The Line Of Kenan: The orange soda cans are supposed to be full but when they fall they are obviously empty.

Factual error: The Raffle: When the Rockmmore's turn the new TV on, the resulting light is impossibly bright.

Continuity: "Clowning Around": The amount of foot dust changes from when Chris come back to when Kenan grabs some.

Factual error: Cold War: The pilot that jumped at the end isn't descending fast enough to be real.

Continuity: Get The Kel Outa Here: When Kel throws the masseuse, it is obvious he lands on a crash mat due to his height when suposedly on the floor.

Visible crew/equipment: Star Is Peeved: When Kel is singing in the Orange Rain you can see stage lights reflected in his umbrella.

Continuity: Get The Kel Outa Here: Kel comes rollerblading in from the right of the door but there is normally a wall there.

Continuity: Star Is Peeved: During the filming of "Supermarket Cop 3," the time on the clock changes throughout.

Revealing: Get the Kel Outa Here: When Mrs. Rockmore opens the door there is a painted house visible outside.

Continuity: Get the Kel Outa Here: Kel pushes Rodger on the table out the front door straight. However there is a wall there as seen at the start. But Rodger manages to go into the road.

Revealing: Twizzles Fizzles: The parrot is a very obvious stuffed toy.

Visible crew/equipment: When Kenan and Kel are at the White House, after Kenan saved the President's life, and was therefore allowed to visit him - Kenan and Kel open the President's secret hideout, by pulling a book on the bookshelf. Inside the hideout, there is a clear tape-mark strip on the floor. In following shots when the President walks inside, the tapemark strip has now vanished.

Continuity: Duh Bomb: At the very start of the episode Kel is asked to entertain the audience. and he is handed a jacket. In the next shot he has the jacket on with no time to do so.

Continuity: In the episode when Kenan and Kel are going to change Rigby's into a club at night called "Duh Bomb", Kel comes into Rigby's and sits on the counter and takes of one of his trainers, after he has been handing out fliers. He puts it on the counter so the sole of it faces the camera all the time, yet during shots it suddenly changes so that the top of the trainer faces the camera.

Continuity: In the episode when there is a rat in the store, there is a scene where Kenan and Kel are discussing the rat. There is a lady in the background holding a green shopping basket. Then in a following shot the same lady is now suddenly holding a red basket. Cut to the shot where she runs out of the store screaming, and suddenly her basket is green again.

Continuity: In the episode where Kel is banned from ever going in the Rockmore house again, Kel sneaks through Kenan's window, scaring Kenan. Kenan jumps back in fright and knocks the lamp from his bedside table and it rolls onto his bed. However in the very next shot the lamp is suddenly back and upright on the bedside table. In the next shot the lamp is now back on the bed.

Revealing: Star Is Peeved: Kel is in the Orange Rain and if you look at the road you can see it is just paper by the way it warps.

Plot hole: Twizzles Fizzles: There is no way the snake could have moved into the position around Kel's neck without Kel noticing. Surley he would have done somthing to prevent it.

Revealing: Cold War: Kel misses hitting Roger when trying to wake him up.

Continuity: In the episode when the president comes into Rigby's, near the start Kenan supposedly fixed the slush-o machine, yet it isn't fixed properly and slush-o sprays out and completely covers Chris. As the scene continues, the wet patches on Chris's apron completely change. At one point there are only a few patches dotted on the apron, then suddenly the apron is completely soaked again.

Continuity: Doing things the Hemingway: Kel is attempting a life goal and attempts to put 50 grapes in his mouth. When he spits them out there is about 10, nowhere near what Kel then claims is 33 grapes.

Continuity: In the episode "A Star is Peeved", Roger is building Kyra's castle out of sugar cubes. He starts to put two cubes on top, but then the cubes changes from two to four and then back to two again in the next shot.

Continuity: In the Line of Kenan: Just before and when the president it in Rigby's The clock keeps changing time.

Continuity: When Keenan is yelling at the kids playing with the water guns, there is a clip board on the counter that disappears.

Continuity: Who Loves Orange Soda: When Kenan and Kel are making the bet, the clock on the wall changes time.

Revealing: The Raffle: The woman who wins the TV suposedly hits Kenan with it, but very obviously misses.

Continuity: The Raffle: Chris comes into the shop and the clock says 8:55. He states the draw will be in 20 minutes, however, at the draw the clock still says 8:55.

Continuity: The Raffle: Chris comes into the shop and does not lock the door but has to unluck it for the customers to come in.

Revealing: The Raffle: When Kel is trying to stop the woman taking taking the TV, he grabs her leg. If you look closely, he hasn't got hold of it at all.

Factual error: The Raffle: When Kel breaks the TV, he falls in the box completely, but shouldn't be able to due to the TV being in there.

Plot hole: Ditch Day Afternoon: Kenan ends up out of the door when trying to persuade the robbers not to give. Surely with all the media attention, a camera would have spotted him, and his family would realise it's Keanan.

Visible crew/equipment: The Raffle: When Kel is saying his balloon is handsome you can see the stagelights reflected.

Continuity: The Raffle: When the woman is taking the TV, the doors on the shop go from open to shut between shots.

Continuity: The Raffle: When at Rigby's at the start, the clock is constantly changing time.

Audio problem: The Raffle: When Kel breaks the TV, the sound is a very clear overdub to make it clear the TV is broken.

Plot hole: Ditch Day Afternoon: When the robbers let the hostages go they let the armed security guard go as well. Surely the security guard would try and take on the unarmed robbers.

Revealing: Star Is Peeved: When Kel is eating the suguar cubes it is clear he isn't eating them at all.

Factual error: Get the Kel Outa Here: After an RTA, a wheel would not roll into the Rockmore's house.

Revealing: The Lottery: The pink container in Kel's bags is very obviously empty by the way he handles it.

Revealing: The Lottery: The goldfish Kel grabs is very obviously a fake.

Continuity: The Lottery: Kenan gets the tickets for him and Chris from on top of the machine not from the machine.

Continuity: The Lottery: The lottery numbers change from the draw to when claiming.

Audio problem: The Lottery: When Kenan is being hit by the swordfish, the sound is out of time with the actions.

Continuity: The Lottery: When Kenan is putting the cans on the counter at the beginning, the cans swap places. Watch the green one.

Continuity: The Lottery: When Kenan is getting a ticket for Kel, he goes to put it in the machine but misses. The next frame it has disappeared.

Continuity: Cold War: Kenan holds the melon with the holes facing down. Yet no juice comes out, but it does when Chris looks at it.

Continuity: "Clowning Around": Bloodbath's lead dissapears between Kel bringing him out and him chasing Chris a few seconds later.

Factual error: "Clowning Around": The police artist has 1 pencil but manages to get loads of different colours in the drawing.

Plot hole: "Dial 0 for 0ops": When Kel is making a mess of changing the tape, surely all the noise would alert the Dawsons to something happening.

Continuity: "Clowning Around": When Kel throws the foot dust the first time, a girl at the back is coughing despite no dust meeting her.

Audio problem: "Mo Sweater Blues": The sound of the aspirin hitting Chris is just a fraction before it hits him.

Factual error: "Clowning Around": When Kenan rings the police, he doesn't give an address. He would have to give an address, as a location search takes longer than he was on the phone.

Revealing: "Duh Bomb": When Kel is changing the light bulb, his arms are just out of camera view. But if you look behind him, there are items on the shelves, and the celing is nowhere near low enough for Kel's arms to be just out of camera.

Factual error: The Tainting of the Screw: The woman who is making the courtroom notes is not making notes at all. If you look at how much she is typing there is not nearly enough.

Visible crew/equipment: Twizzles Fizzles: When Roger is leaving you can see outside the door the background is a painting.

Revealing: In Doing things the Hemingway, Kell takes the VCR player without unplugging it but Roger was watching a video seconds before.

Revealing: In The Line Of Kenan: When the tower of Orange Soda collapses you can see it falls in segments of cans.

Continuity: Doing things the Hemingway: When Kel jumps into the window cleaners' bench its only a fraction down from the roof. no more than 6ft. Next shot with Kenan the bench is further down.

Continuity: In the Line of Kenan: When the President is in the shop and the tower of Orange Soda is about to collapse, watch Kenan. He puts his arm through the display to make it collapse.

Continuity: Cold War: At the very start it is clear that Kel does not spit out the mouthwash into his hat. This is confirmed by when Kenan throws it no liquid can be seen.

Continuity: In The Line Of Kenan: When the President is being crushed in the Oval Office, Kel opens the sliding door. The door stays open but when left alone Kenan and Kel go to look at it and it is now closed.

Revealing: Mo Sweater Blues: When Kenan and Kel are using the high pressure hose to clean the sweater, if you look closely you can see that the sweater is pulled off the wall.

Plot hole: Mo Sweater Blues: When Kel gets pizza on the sweater he then tries to hide and or get away. With the amount of noise being made Kenan should have heard him and looked up in case something happened to the sweater.

Audio problem: Diamonds are for Roger: When Chris is hit by the old lady the sound is before the actions.

Factual error: Diamond are for Roger: The ease with which Kenan open the safe door is unrealistic. I have worked in a bank, and those doors are not light. It wouldn't move that quickly, that easily.

Continuity: Duh Bomb: When Kaira pushes the chair in front of the door the way she places the chair wouldn't lock the door, i have tried this.

Continuity: Merry Christmas Kenan: When Kel knocks the Christmas tree over the star lands by Roger's feet but appears on Roger's head as he stands up.

Revealing: The Raffle: Kel does not drop anything in the tombolla.

Revealing: "Doing Things the Hemmingway": The clouds are very obviously a set-drop when on the top of the CS tower.

Continuity: The Cold War: the clock in Rigby's is changing time throughout.

Factual error: Who Loves Orange Soda: The doctor, on his fist look at the x-ray, claims Kel's ribs are bruised. Without looking more carefully, he woulden't be able to say that.

Revealing: Get the Kel Outa Here: Kel walks away the wrong way when told he is not allowed in the house ever again.

Continuity: Get the Kel Outa Here: At the start of a 5 minute scene, the clock in Rigby's says 4:30 approx. At the end of the scene, the clock says 4:40.

Revealing: The Lottery: When Kenan hits Chris in the mouth with the apple, you can tell it was placed in his mouth because he managed to bite the apple, and take a chunk of it out. Normally an apple like that would smash your teeth.

Continuity: "Duh Bomb": The water mark on Kenan's apron vanishes between going to the back and arriving at the back.

Continuity: Baggin' Saggin' Kel: There is a 5 minute scene in Rigby's at the end but the clock doesn't move at all.

Revealing: Safe And Sorry: When Kenan has the spider on his back it is blatantly a fake one. When Kenan panicks, the spider doesn't move.

Continuity: Mo Sweater Blues: When they arrive at the restaurant the stain on the sweater has changed shape.

Continuity: In the episode Mental Kel-Epathy - When Kenan and Kel are in Kenan's room there are 2 socks hanging out of the dresser the one on the left keeps changing positions.

Visible crew/equipment: The Raffle: When Kenan and Kel are in the back of Rigby's, some stage lights are reflected in the fridge.

Visible crew/equipment: When Kel gets up to get more water you can see one of the cameras.

Continuity: Mo Sweater Blues: For the amount of water Kel splashes on Kenan the wet patch is way to big.

Revealing: Cold War: The drill hole Kenan makes at the start are larger than the drill bit.

Factual error: Cold War: When Kenan is making the "cold medicine" he puts it all in the blender. The blender should not leak at all.

Continuity: In the episode when the president comes into Rigby's, near the start Kenan fixes the slush-o machine, but it doesn't work, and slush-o sprays all over Chris. Afterwards, one of the slush cups on the counter falls over. After that, the cup keeps on vanishing then reappearing.

Factual error: Get the Kel Outa Here: Rodger would not be able to walk if a car went across his chest as the tyre marks suggest.

Continuity: When Kenan and Kel are in the kitchen trying to make the birthday cake, there is a blackboard behind them. The writing on the board disappears and then appears again during the scene.

Continuity: During the whole first scene at Rigby's the clock never changes.

Continuity: When Kenan and Kel are chased out of the shower by David, the clothes that he's wearing are completely dry, despite the fact he was just in a running shower.
