Continuity: "Patriot Down": The beach scene in the opening sequence is repeated at the end, but the dialogue differs the second time. Gibbs is kneeling on the sand when someone puts a gun to his head and says, "Welcome to Mexico." When Gibbs reaches for his weapon, the voice growls, "Don't even think about it." These two lines are delivered in reverse order when the scene replays at the end.
