Other: Season 1, Episode 1: "Hot Tub". Just before Toot starts her earthquaking Charleston, look at Spanky Ham in the background; for a few seconds, his eyebrows are missing.

Trivia
Season 1 Episode 6: "Dirty Pranking Number 2". In 2005, a group of Texas cheerleaders were arrested for defecating on a pizza and trying to give it back to a Domino's Pizza delivery man. They later admitted that they'd gotten the idea after seeing this episode. Comedy Central had no comment other than, "Oh, no." See more...
Hot Tub (season 1, episode 1)
Audio problem: During the booze party, Toots sucks up alcohol from a tube while the others chant "Suck". But when this word is chanted for the last time, the characters neither open their mouth nor do they move in rhythm to the chant, as they did before.
Other: Season 1 Episode 1 "Hot Tub"
When the characters stand all together in one frame at the end of the introduction, zoom in on Princess Clara; here she definitely misses her eyebrows.
Continuity: Season 1 Episode 1: "Hot Tub".
When Foxxy Love attempts to attack Princess Clara for having called her a servant girl (and Captain Hero 'forces' them apart), Clara is wearing a purple neck band. But in the close-up of her face, she suddenly wears two bands around her neck, and later on it is just one band again.
Clara's Dirty Little Secret (season 1, episode 2)
Audio problem: Season 1 Episode 2: "Clara's Dirty Little Secret".
When Princess Clara and her Evil Stepmother make up, the latter thanks Clara before the scene switches to the Confession Room. When she says 'Thank you', her lips do not move.
Continuity: Season 1 Episode 2: "Clara's Dirty Little Secret".
In the 'La La Labia' musical interlude, we can see Captain Hero and Spanky doing the background vocals. In the last close-up on the two, Captain Hero is missing his cape hanging down his back.
Gay Bash (season 1, episode 3)
Continuity: Season 1, Episode 1: "Gay Bash".
When Xandir's girlfriend is lowered into the cobra pit, at first sight it is rather shallow, with the cobras sticking their heads out of the rim; but as she is lowered further, the pit is suddenly deeper than before.
The Other Cousin (season 1, episode 5)
Continuity: Season 1, Episode 5: "The Other Cousin." When Bleh enters her bus home, she receives 50 bucks from a retarded version of Spanky; there she wears her usual brown coat. But as she holds up the bill, she already wears the white fur coat she buys in the NEXT scene.
Continuity: Season 1, Episode 5: "The Other Cousin".
When Ling-Ling attacks the fake three-headed monster, it looks real; when Xandir, Wooldoor and Toot reveal themselves, the costume is a patchwork piece; and when they gather around a disappointed Ling-Ling, it looks real again.
Continuity: After Bleh has entered her bus, she receives fifty bucks from a retarded version of Spanky Ham; there she is wearing her usual brown coat. But when she holds up the bill, the collar of the white fur coat she buys in the NEXT scene can suddenly be seen on her already.
Continuity: When Clara's cousin takes her robe off, as Captain Hero and Spanky are going to egg her, look at her feet. One of them has six toes. The next time we see the foot, it has five toes.
Dirty Pranking Number 2 (season 1, episode 6)
Other: Season 1 Episode 6: "Dirty Pranking Number 2".
When the pizza delivery man shows up at the police station, the receptionist says that they hadn't ordered twenty pizzas; but the pizza man is holding only eighteen boxes.
Continuity: Season 1, Episode 6: "Dirty Pranking Number 2".
In some scenes – in the close-up of her fingers stuck in her hair, and in the Confessional where she complains about falling for the wrong guy, for instance – Foxxy misses her furry bracelets.
Other: Season 1, Episode 6: "Dirty Pranking Number 2".
When the King intends to take Clara home, there are secret service agents jogging alongside the carriage. But in the first scene where it is seen, the agent on the frontal left of the carriage looks like he's hitching a ride, since he isn't hopping. In a later close-up of the King inside the carriage, an agent can be seen outside hopping up and down as he keeps jogging.
Continuity: Season 1, Episode 6: "Dirty Pranking Number 2". When the King picks up Princess Clara at the police station, there are two Secret Service agents standing behind him. In the shot where the King looms threateningly in Clara's and Spanky's field of view, the agents look like identical twins; but when the King drags Clara away, the two guards are two different people.
Continuity: Season 1 Episode 6: "Dirty Pranking Number 2".
When Toot disturbs Captain Hero at the phone, the cable of the receiver goes past her left arm. But in the close-up shot of Toot the cable is missing.
Continuity: When the King returns to the Drawn Together House after having been carriage-jacked, the bodyguard who is with him first has a mustache, but when the King is about to take Clara home, he no longer has a mustache.
All of series 2 (season 2)
Continuity: In 'Xandir and Tim, Sitting in a Tree', "Tim" gives Xandir a gun to shoot Captain Hero - it is a cartoon version of something like a .38 revolver. Xandir leaves the room and attacks Captain Hero/Tim with an automatic, something like a Colt .45. Completely different guns.
Continuity: In The lemon-AIDS Walk episode, after Captain Hero starts walking and killing everyone, he chops a telephone pole and it crushes and electrocutes people. Among those people was the announcer lady. She gets crushed and electrocuted, but minutes later, she is yelling at Captain hero, completely unharmed.
Continuity: In the episode "Xandir and Tim, Sitting in a Tree", an Entertainment Weekly magazine falls onto the table and Foxxy and Clara both hold it. If you look at Foxxy's hand you see that her furry bracelets are gone.
