Continuity: When Ki-Adi-Mundi says "Shot him down", he has his shirt on his left shoulder, but when he says "No. We must pursue", he has it on his right shoulder, with nothing on his left shoulder. Submitted by Matt Lynch

Continuity: When Anakin and Padme kiss in the alleyway, an alien passes by, glancing at them, and they break up. But in the first shot (from the main street side), when the alien looks at them it is almost past the alleyway. But in the next shot, when Anakin and Padme break apart, the same alien starts walking by the opening once again.
Continuity: When we see the pilot of the Gunship, there are 3 windows over him, separated by two metal panels, but in outside views, there is just one piece of glass. Submitted by Matt Lynch
Continuity: When the ARC Trooper exit the Gunship, there are 11 troopers. When General Grievous is running along the ceiling, there are suddenly 19 of them. Submitted by Matt Lynch
Continuity: When the Gunship flies by, the bay doors are open, but in the next shot, we hear the captain say "Open doors", even though they are already opened. Submitted by Matt Lynch
Audio problem: When the Jedi Council are discussing Anakin's promotion to Jedi Knight, in a wide shot, we hear the voice of the female, dark-skinned Jedi saying, "Yes. We need more knights." But her mouth is closed as she says this, and the male Jedi Even Piell (the Jedi talking in the previous shot) is moving his mouth as if he's the one talking.
Factual error: After Oro Dassyne has boasted about his fortress' defenses and the droid standung by him announces that he has spotted two Jedi approaching, Dassyne snatches the binoculars from him to take a look himself. Curiously, he holds them at a very different angle, i.e. he is not looking into the same direction the droid was looking, and still he spots the Jedi immediately.
Continuity: After Padme drags Threepio away as the attack on the city begins, Mace Windu's fighter swoops across the screen from left to right, and it rolls onto its side to show us the top of the cockpit. We see his canopy is similar to the design found in the 'Revenge of the Sith' film, being comprised of three large panels of glass. Unlike the film version (which has a small porthole behind the pilot's head), there is no glass behind Windu. But when the shot cuts to show him inside, there are three windows behind him. Seconds later, another interior view shows the three 'windows' are now solid panels. Submitted by John W Rosa
Continuity: When Palpatine and the others exit the elevator, a rear shot of their group shows that one trooper holds his rifle, but the other is missing his rocket launcher. But when seen from the front again, this trooper has the very obvious launcher hanging from his shoulder, behind him. Submitted by John W Rosa
Continuity: When Palpatine and his rescuers are in the descending elevator, a wide shot shows the trooper with the rocket launcher standing at the far left of the shot, in front of the hammer-headed Jedi. The shot then tightens in and suddenly this trooper is behind Palpatine, who is behind that Jedi. Submitted by John W Rosa
Continuity: When Palpatine and his rescuers emerge from the elevator, the characters' positions in relation to each other changes radically despite nobody moving. First shot, the line up, left to right, is Hammer Head, Trooper, female Jedi, Palpatine, Trooper and four-eyes (the 3 Jedi are in the front row, the rest behind). In the next shot, the order is now (right to left, from behind) Hammer Head, female Jedi, Trooper, Palpatine, Trooper and four-eyes (Palpatine now in the front row). Next, a tighter shot has Hammer Head moved to the back row, behind a trooper. Meanwhile, the two troopers keep switching sides, as the rifle is seen at left or at right, while the rocket launcher is not seen at all until the troopers are suddenly together at the left of the screen when Hammer Head yells. Submitted by John W Rosa
Continuity: When Shaak Ti, Ronet Corobb, and Foul Moudama try to get Palpatine to safety, there are two Clone Troopers with them. As they stand waiting for the elevator, both Troopers are armed with blaster rifles, but as they walk into the elevator, one of them suddenly has a rocket launcher instead of a rifle.
