Mistake Continuity: When Mace is looking at the Seismic Tank for the first time, Clone Troopers are interspersed with Super Battle droids, but in the next shot, we just see rows of Clone Troopers. Submitted by Matt Lynch

Chapter XIII (series 1)

Mistake Continuity: When Mace Windu cuts his way into the Seismic Tank, a score of droids is waiting for him, including one to the left of the opening. He still stands there as Windu completes the cutting, but the patch Force-smashes only into the droids right in front of the opening; the lone droid should be unaffected due to his position. But when Windu jumps in, the droid is suddenly gone.

Mistake Continuity: When Mace Windu jumps up to the top of the hill where the boy is standing, we see that he lands on one knee, but in the next shot he is standing up to his full height, and his lightsaber is pointed in the opposite direction. Submitted by Matt Lynch

Mistake Other: When the Clone Troopers dispatched to protect Anakin arrive on Yavin 4, Anakin addresses their leader as Sergeant. As stated in several sources, Clone Sergeants have green markings on their helmet and arm armor, but this one has the plain white armor of a regular Trooper.

Chapter XXI (series 2)

Mistake Continuity: When Ki-Adi-Mundi says "Shot him down", he has his shirt on his left shoulder, but when he says "No. We must pursue", he has it on his right shoulder, with nothing on his left shoulder. Submitted by Matt Lynch

Mistake Continuity: When Anakin and Padme kiss in the alleyway, an alien passes by, glancing at them, and they break up. But in the first shot (from the main street side), when the alien looks at them it is almost past the alleyway. But in the next shot, when Anakin and Padme break apart, the same alien starts walking by the opening once again.

Mistake Audio problem: When the Jedi Council are discussing Anakin's promotion to Jedi Knight, in a wide shot, we hear the voice of the female, dark-skinned Jedi saying, "Yes. We need more knights." But her mouth is closed as she says this, and the male Jedi Even Piell (the Jedi talking in the previous shot) is moving his mouth as if he's the one talking.

Updated recently Continuity: After his duel against Dooku, Grievous is seen putting his saber away. When he puts it on the belt, it has no spikes, but in the close up two spikes can be seen at the bottom.

Mistake Factual error: After Oro Dassyne has boasted about his fortress' defenses and the droid standung by him announces that he has spotted two Jedi approaching, Dassyne snatches the binoculars from him to take a look himself. Curiously, he holds them at a very different angle, i.e. he is not looking into the same direction the droid was looking, and still he spots the Jedi immediately.

Mistake Continuity: After Palpatine and Windu have informed them about Grievous' possible location on Nelvaan, Obi-Wan and Anakin discuss the new mission. At first, the two sit quite close together, but in the next shot they sit much further apart.

Mistake Other: When Anakin returns from the infiltration of the enemy city, he sits down and says 'Lunch'. But he moves his lips twice for a one-syllable word.

Mistake Continuity: When Anakin sucks the worm into his mouth, the sewer map is revealed underneath. But there is also a heap of dirt and bugs on the parchment when he sucks the worm in; while in the shot where the map is seen in full, there are only a few bugs scattered on the sheet.

Chapter XXIII (series 2)

Screen shot Continuity: After Padme drags Threepio away as the attack on the city begins, Mace Windu's fighter swoops across the screen from left to right, and it rolls onto its side to show us the top of the cockpit. We see his canopy is similar to the design found in the 'Revenge of the Sith' film, being comprised of three large panels of glass. Unlike the film version (which has a small porthole behind the pilot's head), there is no glass behind Windu. But when the shot cuts to show him inside, there are three windows behind him. Seconds later, another interior view shows the three 'windows' are now solid panels. Submitted by John W Rosa
