Continuity: When Jedi Roron Corobb is bellowing at the droids on the pavement, the amount of damage gets bigger and smaller between shots, as does the size of the slabs on the pavement.

Quotes
Oro Dassyne: I wonder how many they'll send. We've got so much firepower in here, these walls are ray-shielded. They can't take this fort. It'll probably be, uh, fifty Jedi. They'll need at least that many. Huh, maybe a hundred Jedi! They'll never take this base with less. Ha, they'll need an army of Jedi!
Battle Droid: I have a visual.
Oro Dassyne: Jedi?
Battle Droid: I think so.
Oro Dassyne: How many? A thousand?
Battle Droid: No.
Oro Dassyne: Eighty?
Battle Droid: No, sir.
Oro Dassyne: What? Fifty?
Battle Droid: Less.
Oro Dassyne: Forty? Come on, how many?
Battle Droid: Two.
Oro Dassyne: What?! Give me those!
Trivia
In Revenge Of The Sith, General Grievous' first appearance was made notable by his rasping cough. In the Star Wars storyline, the crushing of his chest by Mace Windu in this episode was presented as the logical reason; but actually, George Lucas merely wanted to signify that Grievous is not a droid, but a cyborg. Chapter XXIV (season 2, episode 4)
Continuity: When Palpatine and his rescuers are in the descending elevator, a wide shot shows the trooper with the rocket launcher standing at the far left of the shot, in front of the hammer-headed Jedi. The shot then tightens in and suddenly this trooper is behind Palpatine, who is behind that Jedi.
Continuity: When Grievous intercepts Palpatine and his escort at the bottom of the elevator, he lands in front of the droid mass. But as the drois raise their arms and march forward, he suddenly stands right inside the first line.
Continuity: When Palpatine and his rescuers emerge from the elevator, the characters' positions in relation to each other changes radically despite nobody moving. First shot, the line up, left to right, is Hammer Head, Trooper, female Jedi, Palpatine, Trooper and four-eyes (the 3 Jedi are in the front row, the rest behind). In the next shot, the order is now (right to left, from behind) Hammer Head, female Jedi, Trooper, Palpatine, Trooper and four-eyes (Palpatine now in the front row). Next, a tighter shot has Hammer Head moved to the back row, behind a trooper. Meanwhile, the two troopers keep switching sides, as the rifle is seen at left or at right, while the rocket launcher is not seen at all until the troopers are suddenly together at the left of the screen when Hammer Head yells.
Continuity: In the Nelvaan cave, Anakin looks around a corner. In that scene, the scar over his right eye and the tattoo which should cover it are not there.
Continuity: When Palpatine and the others exit the elevator, a rear shot of their group shows that one trooper holds his rifle, but the other is missing his rocket launcher. But when seen from the front again, this trooper has the very obvious launcher hanging from his shoulder, behind him.
Continuity: When Palpatine says he won't be threatened by Grievous, Grievous's hand reaches out for him but it has 4 fingers on it, in the next shot he has his usual 5 once again.
Continuity: When the mutated Nelvaan braves are unleashed on Anakin, and Anakin tries to calm them down, there is a shot of the last Nelvaan male in the mutation tube with his arms free. Before and after that scene, though, his arms are shackled.
Continuity: When Shaak Ti, Ronet Corobb, and Foul Moudama try to get Palpatine to safety, there are two Clone Troopers with them. As they stand waiting for the elevator, both Troopers are armed with blaster rifles, but as they walk into the elevator, one of them suddenly has a rocket launcher instead of a rifle.
