Drake and Josh (2004) - 40 mistakes in entire show

Audio problem: Ep. 2-18 "Drake and Josh Go Hollywood" - Near the end when Drake is playing Hollywood Girl and gets into the bridge (the steady drum beat part) you can obviously tell he's mouthing the words.

Audio problem: In the episode where that man tries to eat Drake and Josh's orangutan, after the guy runs away Megan pretends to leave and she starts stomping her feet, then when Josh says, "Wait!" she stops stomping her feet, but you can still hear the stomping sound.

Factual error: In 4-41, "The Wedding": In the scene where the tow truck guy crashes the car window, notice the glass goes in the car. Later the glass is there, but Josh sits in the car without being cut by it.

Continuity: In 4-47, Tree House, in the beginning when Megan shoots Josh with the rubber band, watch after Josh drops the books. Notice it next to him on the couch. After Megan leaves, the rubber band is gone.

Revealing: In the episode 2-18 Drake and Josh go Hollywood, when Meghan peeks through that slot thing at least two of the bad guys look straight at her.

Revealing: In the episode where Josh becomes equipment manager, when he leans against the wall with wet paint on it and gets paint all over his shirt it is clear that he is not actually leaning against the wall. This is especially noticeable the second time he does it.

Revealing: In the episode 4-38, Josh Runs Into Oprah: When they are in the hospital and Drake says "We'll go now," right before he says that, the guard on the left side of the door from the view shown flashes a small grin.

Other: In "Helicopter", when the dad has some of the "soup", he eats it with a slotted spoon.

Continuity: In the episode "Eric Punches Drake," Drake spits in some guy's water bottle. After he does this, the liquid inside the bottle is clear mixed with a little blue. But when it shows the guy's water bottle again, it contains a nearly opaque blue liquid.

Revealing: In the episode "Mindy Loves Josh," when Josh is telling Drake that Mindy told him she loves him and when Josh slaps Drake near the end of the scene, it is really obvious that Josh is slapping air. His hand is at least 6 inches away from Drake's head and yet they play the sound effect for a slap.

Continuity: About halfway through the series, Drake and Josh's door changes from facing the camera to facing the right (the other direction).

Visible crew/equipment: After Josh falls out the buggy there is a shot of him lying on the floor in which the crashmat he landed on is visible under the buggy.

Visible crew/equipment: When Drake and Josh first get into the dune buggy, there is a person under it.

Continuity: In the scene where Josh tries to prove Susan is cheating on Drake with him, after Drake comes out of the closet the camera is facing him and the right side of Josh's shirt is on his right shoulder. In the next shot, it's hanging off his shoulder. When the camera faces Drake again, the shirt is back on Josh's shoulder. In the final shot, the camera is facing Josh and the shirt is hanging off of his shoulder again and he fixes it.

Continuity: In the beginning after Drake asks Josh, "what guitar do you think would look best." He opens up the cabinet and paint squirts his face. At first it only squirts his forehead, but when it switches views you can see his whole face is covered.

Visible crew/equipment: In the garage scene, Drake hands Josh the baby to see if the baby needs changing. After Josh has sniffed the baby, he falls backwards onto the floor. The black crash mat that he lands on can momentarily be seen in the bottom-left hand corner of the screen.

Continuity: When Josh is trying to pull off the phone from the base the phone gets thrown across the room in the fish tank and breaks. Then about two scenes later the phone is back on the table fixed up.

Visible crew/equipment: After Josh breaks the guitar strings he sits on the couch. When Drake asks him where the party is and he says the brew note, Drake says 'this day keeps getting better and better." You can see a reflection of a light used by the camera man in the small window behind him.

Continuity: During the scene in the science classroom, the teacher draws a circle on the chalkboard and refers to it as a picture of the human eye. In following shots, this picture constantly changes from having other parts like irises and pupils to just being a blank circle.

Continuity: When Drake dumps out the snacks on the table with Josh's puzzle on it, he knocks the puzzle box off the table, but when Drake says "The mean man is gone" the puzzle box is back on the table.

Continuity: At the beginning of the episode, while Drake sits on the bed with his guitar, the strap falls down off of his shoulder. In the next shot its back up on his shoulder again.

Continuity: When Drake starts to lay on the couch with chips, Megan grabs the chips. The autograph on the guitar disappears.

Continuity: After Zeek gets injured and Josh decides to play himself, when he runs out screaming and comes back in, you can see a poster in the hallway but the words aren't clear so its hard to see. When the game is over after he scored the touchdown there is a totally different poster in the hallway.

Continuity: In "Football", when Josh is trying to act cool near the beginning, it does a shot of the wall he is going to lean against, and there is a small shot of the bottom of the "WET PAINT" sign, and it is pink. Then, when the camera looks full-on at the sign, it is black and white.

Factual error: The game the teams plays was supposed to be the game to decide if they are going to make the playoffs. Usually those games are near the end of the season. If it was, they wouldn't have a tryouts after the season is almost over. (They would have tryouts before the season started.).

Continuity: When Drake is showing Josh how to be cool, Josh leans up against the wall with wet paint. While Josh is leaning on the wall there's a stripe painted there. Josh stops leaning and looks at the wall and there's no stripe.

Factual error: In the scene after they won the football game, the football players and cheerleaders all come running into the locker room. At no time would girls be allowed in a boy's locker room.

Continuity: In the beginning of the episode, the cue ball switched places between the scenes when Drake's friend broke and Josh made the off-the-wall shot, and it switched again before Josh made the double shot.

Continuity: The twitch is different when Megan watches it.

Continuity: In the scene before Josh steps out of the car, he has his seatbelt on. In the next shot it is off all of a sudden.

Continuity: When Drake is at the radio station getting ready to play his song, he is holding a 12-string guitar but when he races home to play for Wendy, he has the same guitar but it is now a 6-string.

Visible crew/equipment: When Mrs. Hafer keeps Drake back after class, there is a long shot and Drake says, "What is this about?" At this point you can see a fluffy red boom mike between Drake and Mrs. Hafer.

Continuity: When Megan loads the tomatoes into her machine, she only loads three tomatoes. When she attempts to shoot at Josh, she shoots all three tomatoes, but when her mom clicks the button again it shoots another tomato.

Revealing: In the scene where Jerry cuts the little girl's pigtail off, it is obvious she is wearing a wig.

Continuity: If you look at the kitchen table after the salsa exploded; you can see no salsa on the kitchen table.

Other: In the scene where Megan puts the stuff in the salsa and stirs it with the spoon, she takes it out and it is clean, then Josh stirs it again and the spoon comes out clean.

Continuity: When Megan is passing out the pop quizzes, she reaches back with her right hand to hand them to the kid seated behind her. But in the next shot, showing the kid she is handing them to, her left hand is holding the quizzes.

Continuity: When the thug attacks Josh in the cinema, Josh opens the cash register. Seconds later it is closed again.

Continuity: Near the end, when Josh whacks the thug with the bat, the thug falls to the floor and his hat flies across the floor. In the next shot the hat has moved closer to him.

Continuity: When Drake, Josh and Megan get sent to the back of the queue for the ride, a big scary man pushes in front of them. Moments later he has suddenly vanished.
