Continuity: Series 4, episode 24 "God's Waiting Room": When Brian and Gerry are chasing Kelly, Kelly's jacket is only zipped up at the bottom at the start of the chase, but when the camera angle changes it is zipped all the way up for the rest of the chase.
Factual error: Mobile phone signals cannot pass through steel very well if at all, so the recording of the mobile phone conversation given to the head of UCOS should be breaking up in places, or the call should have been cut off when the door was closed - it shouldn't be crystal clear.
