Continuity: Series 2 - Cybermen vs Daleks When the two Cybermen meet the Dalek for the first time, they are exterminated. They fall directly in front of the Dalek, but when the camera angle changes to show the second Cyberman hitting the floor side on, you can see the Dalek in the background. The Cybermen both fell straight forward, so it shouldn't have been possible to see the Dalek when seeing the Cyberman side on in the next shot, as the Dalek is facing them both directly.

Continuity: When the Doctor and Rose are talking in the bay, the Doctor's hair is blowing in the wind, but it's not when he is in the T.A.R.D.I.S., even though it's a realtime conversation, meaning the actor was obviously on the beach recording his lines with Rose and back on a set doing the inside scenes.

Revealing: When the Doctor calls Rose when she is with the Daleks, you can see on the screen of her phone that the call has been going on for at least 57 seconds, but she just answered the call.

Continuity: When the Plasmavore drinks the Doctor's blood, she inserts her straw into his neck just under his jaw on the right-hand side. However, when Martha starts CPR on the Doctor after the Judoon leave, there is no visible wound from the straw's penetration.

Revealing: When the people in Hoovertown are meeting around the campfire, it's raining. However, everyone's clothes and hats are completely dry.

Continuity: When Lawrence is watching the weeping angel, just after seeing the Doctor's film/easter egg, he turnes away for a split second. By the time he turns back, you see the weeping angel's face only inches from Lawrence's face. Yet, you then cut to a wide shot were you see the angel's arms outstretched, so its face is about half a metre away from Lawrence's face.

Factual error: The army shoot at Martha's car and you can see sparks where the bullets bounce off her windscreen. But, at that close range, one of those things can go through a brick! I know you're supposed to allow a bit of disbelief, but this is taking it too far.

Continuity: When Mr. Copper is talking about how what they're doing could get them ten years in jail, the cut on his forehead changes sides.

Continuity: When Miss Foster uses her sonic device on the window-washer's crane, she points it at the right-side cable, but it's the left-side cable that breaks.

Continuity: At the end of the episode, Donna piles suitcases in the Doctor's arms in preparation to leave with him in the TARDIS, and places a striped hat box on top. The bags stay that way for a while as the camera cuts back and forth between them, and you can see the stack of luggage as the camera films the Doctor from behind. Then, as soon as the camera cuts back to the Doctor's face when Donna leaves to give her mother the car keys, suddenly he has one bag under his arm and another in his hand, and the rest of the bags are on the ground with the hat box stacked neatly on top.

Other: The security guards shoot away the lock on the door, which they then kick down with no real effort. But the door would still be held in place by the hinges - they don't kick it with enough force to rip the hinges out, and even if they had, we can see that there's no damage on the hinge side of the door anyway to demonstrate their forcible removal.

Other: Episode, 'The Doctor's Daughter': When Jenny does somersaults through the laser beams, the last two beams are level horizontally and the higher beam is lower than her foot so she should have broken it.

Continuity: After the girl is killed, we see her communicator as her "ghost" slowly fades. In one shot we see from a slight distance the lights left lit tick down to 3, then a short while passes, we cut back and the lights are back to 4. They then tick down to 3 again.

Continuity: Near the end of "Silence in the Libary," a sweeping shot shows that they're standing between two freestanding bookshelves. But at the beginning of this one, when they're supposed to be in the same place, they're able to break through a wall into a separate room.
