Continuity mistake: The chain for the air horn is being pulled by Hannibal's right hand. Suggesting it's mounted over the driver's right side, in the middle of the cab. A second later, the chain is seen swinging at the top right of the shot on Hannibal. (00:20:15)

Other mistake: After the team stops the rig, the driver jumps up into his cab to get a phone. When he picks up the receiver an it has an analog dial wheel in it. But when he dials, it's on the unseen console.

Visible crew/equipment: When the rig goes up on the hill and falls to the side, you can see the stuntman with a black helmet is driving.
Answer: Several times, Face would pose as a doctor to get Murdock out of the Mental Hospital. How easy would it have been to convince airport officials that he was a doctor taking a sedated patient on board? Or simply tell them, this man is afraid of flying, so he had to be sedated. They could say, "Believe me, you don't want this man to be awake."
